Weddings of up to 300 people can be accommodated with over 5,000 square feet of event space. The Grand Pavillion Ballroom, the largest event space in the hotel, features elegant lighting & neutral walls, making it the perfect blank canvas for your wedding décor! Several smaller ballrooms and function suites are available and can facilitate groups of between 50 and 100 guests, allowing you flexibility for your small wedding or rehearsal dinner. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.

This venue has multiple areas that couples can make use of on the big day, including a bridal room, a ceremony room and large ballroom. The Encore Room, typically used for ceremonies, offers an inviting atmosphere for the "I do's" with string lights. The Ballroom is a spacious area with ample space for seating and a large dance floor. Sweethearts will work closely with event planner Bella. She can provide the couple with everything they need to host a successful event. Included in the facility package is set up & clean up, all dinnerware and barware, tables, chairs, linens, and lighting. Catering will also be provided in-house, served in a buffet style with the help of the venue's servers. The couple's special day ends with a sparkler send-off.

The Barn provides round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, a bar area, a prep kitchen, and a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the event. You choose the vendors you want to use. We set up the tables and chairs for you and put the tablecloths on. We also have Edison bulb lights strung between the 3 beams. We can accommodate 250 at The Barn.
