We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. From the very beginning, Cassandra was incredible to work with. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. He did an amazing job reading the room and creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The photo booth was a huge hit as well. Guests loved the glow booth and the customized photo overlay, and we ended up with so many great keepsakes from the night. Entertainment-wise, everything was seamless. The ceremony audio, microphones, piano music, reception flow, DJ services, and photo booth were all executed beautifully. “Alan C was easy and great to work with! We had a music range from Bad Bunny, Creed, The Killers and more! We shared with him a playlist of some of our favorite songs, a list of "do not play" whether they were styles of music, artists or specific songs and a "must play" list. His online forum was easy to navigate and use. We loved the uplighting and the audio guestbook (phone)!! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). Such a great time. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was busy all night long! He was always very responsive and quick to work with any last minute changes (we had a rainy day).”

“Justing was a fantastic DJ! We gave him a short list of must-plays then let him do the rest, and he was great at reading the room and playing what the people wanted. He took requests from guests if they fit the vibe and was totally okay saying no too which is exactly what we wanted. We even had some guests asking for his playlist before the night was over. He brought tons of speakers and lights, and even some wireless speakers to play the same music in multiple rooms, including outside on the deck for cocktail hour. Everything went off without a hitch. We also got the photo booth add-on which ended up getting a ton of use and people loved it. Sawyer was manning the booth and 5 stars to him as well!”

One of the highlights was when they split my father-daughter dance, playing a sweet song for the first half and then transitioning into our favorite upbeat song "All Star" by Smashmouth, which got the whole wedding up and dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better band to make our special day so memorable.The morning after so many guests came up to us raving about how fun they had dancing and singing. From the B52’s Love Shack, Zombie by Cranberries, to Chapelle Roan Pink Pony club- Business Time absolutely rocked it. Not to mention the acoustics for the ceremony made my husband cry. Mary Witt, band leader and outstanding vocalist, suggested a duo, herself on bass and guitarist John Caban. Their repertoire included swing, R&B, classic rock and soul.
