“Justing was a fantastic DJ! We gave him a short list of must-plays then let him do the rest, and he was great at reading the room and playing what the people wanted. He took requests from guests if they fit the vibe and was totally okay saying no too which is exactly what we wanted. We even had some guests asking for his playlist before the night was over. He brought tons of speakers and lights, and even some wireless speakers to play the same music in multiple rooms, including outside on the deck for cocktail hour. Everything went off without a hitch. We also got the photo booth add-on which ended up getting a ton of use and people loved it. Sawyer was manning the booth and 5 stars to him as well!”

The instrumental rendition of Taylor Swift’s Invisible String that I walked down the aisle to was absolutely beautiful—truly one of my favorite moments of the day. He also played live music as guests were finding their seats and during the processional, which set such a warm, intimate tone for the entire ceremony. Beyond being insanely talented, he has an extensive knowledge of music and is skilled enough to play just about any song you can imagine. “If you’re thinking about booking Redline for your wedding or, honestly, for any other event, just do it. You don’t need to keep reading; book them. If you need some more convincing, read on. In late 2021 my fiancé and I were looking for a band to play our wedding in December, 2022. Having a great, fun band was crucial to us. We came across Redline both via Instagram and via the Murray Hill talent website and we had a good feeling about them. We reached out via Murray Hill and immediately heard back from Ken. Ken was incredibly friendly in his response and sent over detail on Redline along with other bands that could potentially play for us in case we weren’t locked in on Redline. He also sent along the information for add-ons, including but not limited to uplighting, photo booths, and additional band members (you have to at least consider having someone walking around ripping the saxophone). We ended up booking Redline and the process was totally seamless; again, Ken was super helpful the whole time. We booked the cocktail duo, an 8-piece band including saxophone for the reception, and uplighting. Easy! Throughout the year, Ken was always available to field questions and would offer to have a call if it would be easier. When you’re in the middle of every other aspect of wedding planning, having someone like Ken who is organized, kind, and thoughtful makes things a LOT easier, especially if the band is important to you. All right, let’s fast forward to wedding week. We had sent over a worksheet to Ken earlier with a general outline of the night. Entrance songs, first dance song, etc. along with whether there would be a bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc. It was very detailed which will actually help you visualize how the reception will go. We walked through this with Ken step by step and worked with him to adjust accordingly. Again, with the wedding looming, this was actually a calming experience because of the confidence we had in Ken. The day of the wedding, I didn’t see Ken and the other band members until the cocktail hour because, well, you know, I was getting married. The cocktail hour duo was incredible. They set such a good vibe for the rest of the night and played a cool mix of songs. Compliments were already flowing from the guests. After the cocktail hour, Ken came to where the wedding party was getting ready for intros while guests filed into the ballroom. This was another instance of what you’re getting with Ken and the Redline crew; he worked with the wedding coordinator to get us lined up and ready, get us pumped up, and get us moving. Reception time. From the first dance I had with my now wife, to the last dance of the night (Tiny Dancer- Elton John. Yes, you were curious and yes, it was awesome) everything was perfect. The band was SO good and SO energetic. The mix of songs they played was incredible and this was a wedding where the dance floor was PACKED THE WHOLE TIME with people dancing. It was SO much fun and we still have guests complimenting how great Redline was. Following the wedding weekend, Ken reached out to us with a personalized and heartfelt note about how good of a time the band had and our overall experience together planning over the course of the year. It was just the cherry on top to what was such a wonderful experience. In summary, book Redline, just please don’t book them on the same date as whatever next big event comes my way because I want them to be there to party.”

She had great advice throughout the entire process and took time to get to know us and what style/vibe we wanted for our reception. Communication is key, and she had the logistics of the reception planned down to the minute. The music portal is very user friendly and it was really fun to think through our music. If you need song advice, she's your gal. She will strictly adhere to your do NOT play list. She gets the guests engaged and is truly a party starter (if that's what you want). “PK and the Mighty Seven was THEE best band for our wedding. We had initially seen them play at porchfest and have gone back to see them each year since. They always draw a massive crowd and they kill it every time. For our wedding we considered getting a DJ for a second but boy are we glad we didn’t. PK brought the heat and they worth every penny. Leading up to the wedding, Matt was great to work with. We had a few calls prior to the wedding to plan songs, and we were able to give some definite YESs and NOs based on their extensive song list. They have great Motown, funk, and pop classics on their list, but they also did fantastic renditions of our pop-punk and ska requests. Matt was super responsive and coordinated with the venue about their logistics. During the wedding itself they brought fantastic energy, and know how to read a room. As (amateur) musicians, they even let us come up to play a song with them which was the most special moment and topped everything off. All around, 11 out of 10. Great to work with, professional, and absolutely rock!”

“We hired DJ El Sid for our August 9th, 2025 wedding, and our reception was an absolute banger. Sid is super talented and is great at reading the crowd likely because he still actively DJs at clubs which is exactly what we were looking for. He had everyone on their feet dancing from our younger crowd of friends and cousins to our older family and friends. You know it’s a good party when you have a dachshund do the limbo and the men’s ties transfer to their head haha. We got SO many compliments on the DJ from our guests! Additionally, Sid did a fantastic job with the ceremony and grand entrances and dances, and MCing. We had 2-3 planning meetings with him via Zoom before the wedding, which were super helpful to get to know each other, ask questions, and share our music tastes and wishes. “Crossroad was absolutely one of, if not, the best parts of our wedding reception! To start, they are incredibly talented and skilled musicians. They were very attentive to us, making sure the volume and performance was what we had in mind. They played songs that everyone could enjoy and interacted with our guests - including letting some of the kids join them in playing the tambourine and sing! So many people came up to us during the reception to tell us how amazing they were. They did such a great job reading the room and made sure that everyone was having a blast. We requested a few special songs, which they learned and performed perfectly. They also helped us out with speakers for our ceremony and were very flexible after a mix up with our cocktail hour. We really could not recommend them enough - they made our wedding!!”

CrossRoad plays a diverse mix of over 85 Classic soft rock and dance hits from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s (Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Tom Petty, Amy Winehouse, Gin Blossoms, Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood, The Cure, Green Day, The Killers.) along with current and timeless country rock favorites (Luke Combs, Dolly Parton, Little Big Town, Neil Diamond, John Denver, etc.) The band always delivers a great sing-along and dancing experience.
