Welcome to Kendra's Country Bakery where every cake is customized to suit your needs! My initial inspiration comes from my grandparents. Although I was young when they passed, I can still remember my grandfather's signature red buttercream rose hidden on every cake. In the beginning, while raising my family with my husband, I was so excited to get into the baking world and learn what it had to offer. I had been baking for years so I decided to do what I love and share it with others!

Baking to me isn’t just a job, it’s a hobby. What I love most is being part of such a meaningful day. Your wedding cake isn’t just dessert—it’s a moment. It’s the centerpiece of your reception, the sweet bite shared as newlyweds, and a memory captured in photos for a lifetime.

Bomb Confections creates handcrafted, cocktail-inspired chocolates and elevated sweets for weddings and events. From boozy bonbons and bourbon favorites to custom favors and dessert displays, everything is made in small batches in Mesa, Arizona, with a focus on bold flavors, beautiful presentation and a little personality.

I was born and raised in a small town in the Philippines. I lived in California for 14 years and before moving to Arizona, I met my husband and my children (our lovely dogs). I started baking as far back as a little girl, with a simple interest in creating tasty treats for my family and I. Then I moved on to baking from scratch and began to appreciate the joy in producing and assembling each piece of the puzzle. Baking from scratch allows you to select not only the highest quality ingredients but it also creates a deeper connection between the baker and the food. As often happens, interest turned into a hobby, hobby turned into an obsession.

What started as a love of French cuisine quickly became something bigger- a food trailer where every crepe is made fresh to order, filled with housemade ingredients that set us apart. Our buttery golden batter has a few key secrets (we'll never tell!) that keep guests coming back, event after event.

Drippin’ Chocolatier is a sister owned business specializing in handcrafted chocolate strawberry cups made fresh to order with premium chocolate and fresh strawberries. From our classic cups to our signature Dubai Cups, we love creating fun, beautiful, and memorable dessert experiences for every event. 🍓✨

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
