“We rented flowers through Something Borrowed Blooms and went with the Jane collection. Flowers were lower on our tier of priorities, so this worked well for us. It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

“We had the most incredible experience with the Faux Bouquets! From start to finish, Brittany was responsive, caring and efficient! We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. I pride myself on getting ALL the flowers returned in record time (Brittany said) ;) All of our guests couldn’t believe the flowers were fake and everyone was raving about them! Our design studio is located on our farm in central Massachusetts. We are passionate about growing and designing with unique blooms and pour our hearts into all aspects of our process from sowing seeds into healthy soil, to harvesting and arranging. Our farm, gardens, and the wild landscape around us lends inspiration and drives our designs to be seasonally conscious, a bit wild, and uniquely curated for each celebration. We strive to employ sustainable practices from start to finish.

Emily put such thought and care into the florals for my wedding and it truly showed - the color palette, the composition, the floral varieties were all stunning. Myself and guests were blown away by her work and I can't tell you how many compliments I received on the florals. I could not have been happier with the florals or the experience I had working with Emily. Not only is Emily incredibly talented, she was collaborative and extremely patient as my desires and needs changed throughout the months after we began working together. On our planning call, she was detailed, prepared, and took great feedback to provide me with a thoughtful mood board. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and Emily was so supportive and calming when I brought up venue related stress points with her. Emily is a true problem solver and worked so hard to make me happy with a solution to an uncontrollable venue related issue. I can’t thank Emily enough for her partnership and beautiful florals that truly set the tone for my wedding!!”

“We loved working with Haley for our wedding! She immediately picked up on our vision and shared so many great ideas. We wanted bright and bold fall colors and she absolutely delivered. She respected our budget and offered creative solutions when our ideas were outside of the budget. Haley was flexible when we woke up to pouring rain on the day of the wedding and I texted her at 6am. The original ceremony plan was to make a flower wall out of hedges at the venue, but she came up with a plan to accomdate the indoor ceremony space. I also loved our bridesmaid bouquets. We wanted monochrome for their mismatched dresses, and they all looked perfect. Haley even made a mini bouquet for our 8month old flower girl, matching her mother's dress. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and we couldnt be happier with the flowers!!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”
