“Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. “My mom, my husband, and I still say that hiring Rosewood Premiere Events and Nicole was the best decision we made in our entire planning process. Leading up to our August wedding at Blithewold, Nicole was detail oriented, incredibly knowledgeable, and a true shoulder to lean on. She was responsive to every random text and call I sent her way. She expertly organized all of our final details calls with vendors and completely took over communication in the last few weeks, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. On the day itself, Nicole was the captain of our wedding day ship. She showed up bright and early at our getting ready location, made sure my bridesmaids were where they needed to be, and coordinated with our vendors and the venue all at the same time. She was also so much fun to have around. She fixed my lip, handled my family, and kept the energy light. Right before my first look with my dad and brothers, my dad couldn't find his shoes. Nicole calmed me down and had me laughing about it. The moment I'm most grateful for came during photos. There was one location I had wanted all through planning, and by the time we got there I was tired. I looked at Nicole and asked if we should just skip it. She knew to push me. She told me we had time and reminded me how much I wanted those photos. I'm so, so, so grateful she did. They ended up being some of my favorite photos and one of the most fun parts of the whole day. “I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. “Molly was the event planner for our son's outdoor wedding at a rural location. It came off without any snags. She brought in wonderful, reliable vendors -- the caterer set up an outdoor kitchen; the tents were put up and taken down smoothly; there were all kinds of outdoor games; there were golf carts to help folks get around, and she had an excellent day-of person. Everything was so well coordinated. She even had contingency supplies arranged in case of rain, but luckily the day was dry. We were impressed, and we got to have a worry-free day.”

“We used Sara as the day of coordinator for our wedding at The White Room in Worcester and I cannot say enough good things about her. We began meeting about a month before the big day and had weekly check in's where she made sure that I was on track and getting everything done that needed to be handled. On the day she helped my parents with set up, ensured everyone was where they needed to be and fielded all questions from vendors and guests. The guests raved about the whole experience, and as far as I know literally nothing went wrong, and if it did, Sara handled it like a pro because I never found out!
