“Let me start off by saying everyone needs a Bailey in their life! From the get Codi was amazing answering all my questions and detailing exactly what I should expect. When the torch got passed to Bailey to be my lead let me tell you she was there supporting me every step of the way! I would lay in bed at night and think of things text her and she would respond right back. She supported me through every decision! We had some weather on our wedding day which is rare in Arizona but Bailey made my ceremony happen and pushed for me to have my ceremony outside, which turned out to be amazing to say the least. They took all my ideas I put together and made mt dream day come true!! Bailey took over all the vendor communications 6 weeks prior to our big day and that was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I am telling you these ladies busted their rears to support me and make my day special and flow. The set up was just perfect all the girls were so sweet and accommodating in the wedding day! They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. “Maria at Wolford Weddings and her assistant Brandy were simply the best! Maria was professional from the time she took us on to the very end. We had zoom calls, an in person meeting, and a dress rehearsal that took away all the stress of executing our wedding. If we had questions she had the answers or found them out! She was very knowledgeable! She was always on time and gave great advice/ suggestions on aspects of the wedding. She coordinated with all our vendors and the venue so we didn't need to. We were extremely happy with the wedding from beginning to end. We loved that Maria cared about the little details. If decor was lacking in a spot she she was prepared to make it aesthetically pleasing. Last minute the venue borrowed an arch and she made sure to get it set up and beautiful, she even found some fabric to drape over it! Made for a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and photos! She even had electrolyte mix for me when my legs cramped up on the dance floor! Also, my heart was so warmed when I seen her assistant Brandy helping my grandparents get their food. It's the little things like that kind act that makes for memorable/ touching moments. They truly went above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding coordinator! “It is very easy to treat people and their day as just a number or just another wedding. As soon as we started working with Katie it was very clear, that is not how she operates and she truly went above and beyond for us. She made sure we knew exactly what we needed to have completed, what we needed to think about and really help set us at ease. The thing I personally loved the most about working with Katie is that she was able to be herself and really expressed her joy and passion for what she does. We brought a lot of additional items to be setup for the wedding day without any real direction, we pretty much just trusted Katie. She could not have executed any better. In our opinion the wedding day, truly went better than we could have expected. Please also know we did not make it easy on her from a being on time standpoint. Her service and attentiveness on that day were 2nd to none. Everything we asked for, we got. The way she catered to both of us throughout that entire day truly made us feel even more special. Niki said that she was an honorary Bridesmaid. I don’t have the words to properly express our full thanks and gratitude for all she did for us. Katie, Again, THANK YOU!!!”
