The day of, both drivers were lovely, and when an error in the itinerary came to light (100% my fault), they were happy to update on the fly, no red tape, and never gave me a hard time. I would have preferred to know more than 3 hours in advance who the actual operator was, but on the whole I felt much more confident booking with CharterUp than a single operator company, particularly for their backup coverage if something had gone wrong.”
