If you’ve only ever had standard breakfast waffles, prepare for a sweet epiphany! Made from a rich, slow-risen brioche dough, these butter-rich treats feature Belgian pearl sugar folded directly into the dough before hitting hot cast iron. As it bakes, the sugar caramelizes into a crackly outer shell with a soft, pillowy center. When the music is pumping and your guests need a snack to keep going, there’s nothing quite like treating them to a warm, caramelized waffle—the ultimate late-night fuel for everyone who’s been dancing the night away.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
