Steining Stems
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Sugarloaf, PA

Hi, I’m Heather, the heart behind the flowers. What started as a love for beautiful blooms quickly grew into a passion for creating arrangements that bring joy, comfort, and connection to everyday moments. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed with fresh, seasonal flowers and a creative eye for color, texture, and movement. Whether it’s a simple bouquet to brighten someone’s day or flowers for a meaningful celebration, my goal is to create designs that feel natural, beautiful, and full of life. Helping people celebrate, comfort, and surprise one another through flowers is truly the best part of what I do.

“Steining stems is hands down the best floral buisness that I have been a part of. Family and friends of mine absolutely adored their bouquets for Mother’s Day. Very sweet company and will be using steining stems for any of my future events.”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (110 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Sugarloaf, PA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“This was my second time using Flower Moxie for wedding flowers (first for our daughter, and now for her college roommate). Both experiences were wonderful…it’s definitely a labor of love, but Flower Moxie had everything I needed in terms of supplies and education to make the process smooth and truly enjoyable for this wannabe florist! We had one bunch of lisianthus that got crushed in transport. Joe Ramos from Customer Support responded to our claims email very quickly and had an option for us to pick up replacement flowers from a wholesaler in our area. When we were unable to make that happen, Flower Moxie fully refunded the bride, no questions asked. I’ll be doing wedding flowers for another of my daughter’s friends this spring using Flower Moxie, and I can’t wait!”

Woodland Floral Design Co.
Rating: 5.0 (78 reviews)
  • Serves Sugarloaf, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Misha for my wedding, and I cannot recommend her enough! I was looking for whimsical arrangements that really took up space, with bright, vibrant colors, and a lot of personality - and she absolutely nailed it. The arrangements were bold, beautiful, and truly show-stopping. They were the talk of the wedding, with guests still complimenting the floral designs long after the event. Misha's communication throughout the process was fantastic, and not to mention, she's an absolute sweetheart! There were times when I wasn’t sure about certain details, and she was always there to fill in the gaps and offer her expert advice. The flowers turned out even better than we could have imagined. I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and her ability to bring my vision to life in such a stunning way. If you’re looking for gorgeous, unique florals that make a statement, Misha and Woodland Florals is your go-to!”

Floral Eden is an East Coast floral décor and production company creating weddings and events that feel beautiful, intentional, and completely personal. We handle everything from personal flowers and centerpieces to ceremony installations, reception décor, styling, setup, repurposing, and breakdown. Our goal is to make the whole space feel connected, not like a bunch of separate floral pieces. We love taking a couple’s ideas, Pinterest boards, random screenshots, and “I don’t really know how to explain it” moments and turning them into something that actually feels like them.

“The Floral Eden brought our wedding vision to life in ways we didn't even expect. From our first conversation, the team responded to every question and concern right away, and they truly understood what we wanted for our big day. They created the most stunning centerpieces that sat on each table, and candles were placed throughout the venue to set the perfect mood. When we walked into our reception, the combination of florals and candlelight made everything feel absolutely magical and romantic. The quality of their work was exceptional, and we felt like we got incredible value for what they delivered. We can't recommend The Floral Eden highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.”

Perfect Stems Floral and Gift Shop
Rating: 5.0 (10 reviews)
  • Serves Sugarloaf, PA

Women-owned and operated, Perfect Stems is the sister company of Perfection Bridal. With 9 years wedding experience and 5 years in the flower world, Perfect Stems is ready to take your floral vision to another level! We specialize in full floral install, from hanging greenery to hanging arrangements.

“Booking Leah at Perfect Stems was genuinely one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We were referred to her by her twin sister Liz who was our wedding planner (Perfection Bridal)— and that alone already made us feel so confident. Finding out that Leah is also a wedding planner herself made us feel beyond taken care of. It truly felt like we had TWO planners looking out for us, and that level of care and coordination is something I'm forever grateful we had. I went into the floral process not fully knowing how to describe what I wanted, but Leah took my scattered ideas and turned them into something more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Her knowledge of florals and design is unmatched — she truly knows her craft inside and out. What meant the most to us was how genuinely passionate Leah was about our wedding. We always felt like her #1 priority. She cared about every little detail and treated our day like it was just as important to her as it was to us. We got married young (22 and 23) and we didn’t have a big budget for florals, but Leah worked with us so graciously. She was affordable, transparent, and incredibly creative in helping us maximize what we could do within our budget. She never made us feel small for our numbers — instead, she made us feel celebrated and supported. And the FLOWERS. Oh my gosh. We received SO many compliments on our florals throughout the entire wedding day. They were stunning, elegant, and truly felt like a dream come to life. My bouquet was better than any inspo I've ever seen on Pinterest. If you’re considering booking Perfect Stems - DO IT! Leah is talented, kind, professional, and so passionate about what she does. We would choose her again and again a thousand times. Thank you Leah!!!”

It was all in a beautiful jewel tone palate and matched the vibe of my wedding venue to the T. The florals that she used were so vibrant and unique as well, there were even hollographic flowers (anthurium) from a specialized flower house. Above and beyond! Zombie Flowers

After the global zombie apocalypse, in the early winter of '24, I heeded the call, picked up my shovel and shotgun and headed out to the fields. Protecting this wide world from the pestilence that is the zombie flower is no small feat, but I've learned to survive. I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. In these post-apocalyptic times, the zombie flowers make for excellent mantle trophies, but some have said they make awesome wedding bouquets. Whatever your cup of tea, these zombie flowers are one of a kind prepared just for you.

Awarded Best of Zola
“My husband and I decided to have an intimate micro-wedding with 12 other people in June of 2024, and organized just about everything ourselves, including the flowers. As part of the planning process, we sought out a preservation artist who could freeze this element of our wedding forever in time. I found Jackie of Evergreen Botanical Studio and her 3-D preservation style matched exactly what I was looking for, so we booked our date with her as soon as we could. She was the PERFECT choice. She took my crazy wild bouquet, my grandmother’s handkerchiefs that wrapped the stems, all the extra flowers from the arrangements, and even some delphinium from her own garden (because she's such an angel and took pity on me that mine didn’t quite survive), and created a work of art that takes me directly back to my wedding day and reminds me of all the amazingness that unfolded. AND she crafted the most wonderful little memento for my Mom, that was completed in time to gift for her 50th wedding anniversary, just months after our event. Jackie was so easy to work with, providing detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the flowers from the Midwest, eased my worry by confirming as soon as she received them, and gave a timeline and explanation of how the whole preservation process works. It seems like magic that the flowers in the finished product look just as they did on the day of our wedding. There is something extra special about the care and artistry that she applies to each and every project she works on. You can feel the passion for her craft shining through, from the vibrant colors and clever composition to the expertly homemade frames. This was an important part of our wedding budget, and we are so glad we made the investment, not only as an extra special keepsake but also to support a fellow artist and small business owner. You won’t be disappointed making the same choice!”
