My mother was the first photographer in the family (30+ years in photography); she was my mentor, and my best friend… She recently passed due to cancer in late 2021. I've learned so much from her it’s indescribable. I’ve also have had the honor to be mentored at a young age by other acclaimed photographers and directors. Since childhood, I found that with photography, I could get to know people and at the same time capture emotions through images.
