THE SIGNATURE POUR

Description

A polished, straightforward beer and wine bar experience with professional bartending service. We’ll work with you to plan a bar that fits your celebration, preferences and overall vision. Every Pour Decisions experience includes complimentary planning support to help guide beverage selections and quantities. Each package is customized and quoted based on the details of your event.

THE MIXED POUR

Description

Professional beer, wine, and mixed drink service featuring up to four liquor selections paired with your choice of up to eight mixers, including classic sodas, tonics, fresh juices, and other bar favorites. Mixed drinks are prepared as classic spirit-and-mixer combinations, complemented by your choice of up to four fresh fruit, dried citrus, or herb garnishes for a polished and well-rounded bar menu.

THE FULL POUR

Description

For celebrations looking for the variety and flexibility of a traditional full bar. The Full Pour includes professional beer, wine and expanded liquor service, allowing for a broader selection of cocktails and mixed drinks. We’ll work with you to thoughtfully plan the bar around your preferences and vision. Each package is customized and quoted based on the details of your event.

Custom Signature Cocktails (Add-On)

Description

This add-on can be paired with any of our base Pour Packages. We’ll create custom cocktail recipes and a personalized menu inspired by your favorite flavors and the details that make your story yours. Think a little rhyme inspired by your dog, a childhood nickname, an inside joke or favorite memory. The kind of details that make your guests smile, laugh or tear up and create memories long after the last drink is poured.

    SO EXCITED THANK YOU ZOEY!!!!!

    We just booked Pour Decisions for our wedding and I seriously could not be more excited!! The whole process has been SO easy and fun from the very beginning. Our consultation felt more like chatting about all the fun parts of our wedding than sitting through some formal vendor meeting, which I loved. They went through everything with us, answered all of our million questions, and helped us think through so many little details we honestly never would have thought of. I went into it thinking we were just figuring out the bar and somehow left even more excited for our actual wedding We haven’t even had our wedding yet and our bar, cocktails with the cutest names and decor, and how much my dad is going to cherish and laugh at the cocktail we are creating for a “bride and groom” menu; is already one of the things I’m most excited about!! I feel so confident that we picked the right company and I seriously cannot wait to see everything come together. If the booking experience is already this good, I can only imagine how amazing our wedding day is going to be!!

    Amazing bar!!

    We had such a great experience with Pour Decisions for our wedding! Everything was easy from the beginning and they were so helpful with figuring out what we needed and answering all of our questions. The bar looked amazing and everything ran smoothly the entire night. Our guests loved the drinks and the bartenders were so friendly and fun. We didn’t have to worry about anything with the bar on our wedding day which was honestly the best part. Would definitely recommend Pour Decisions for any wedding or event!

    One of our favorite wedding vendors!

    Pour Decisions was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Zoey put so much thought and care into every little detail, and it showed. This wasn’t just someone showing up and serving drinks. The entire bar felt like it was designed specifically for us and our wedding. From the beginning, Zoey was incredibly helpful with planning and made everything so easy. She helped us figure out what we needed, worked with us on our drink selections, and created the cutest custom cocktail menu. I especially loved all of the personal touches and how she found ways to make the drinks and bar feel like us. Those little details ended up being some of my favorite parts of the reception. The bar itself looked absolutely beautiful, the cocktails were amazing, and everything was so organized and professional. Our guests loved the drinks and kept commenting on the bar throughout the night. Zoey and her team were also so friendly and fun with everyone while still keeping everything running smoothly. What really stood out to me was how much Zoey genuinely cared. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into making each event special instead of giving every couple the exact same experience. There were details she thought about that I never would have even known to ask for. If you’re considering Pour Decisions for your wedding, I cannot recommend them enough. They made the entire process easy, made our bar feel completely unique to us, and gave us one less thing to worry about on our wedding day. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!

As early as you can! You’d be surprised how far in advance popular wedding dates can fill, especially Saturdays during Charleston’s busiest wedding seasons. Charleston is one of the country’s most popular wedding destinations, with thousands of weddings taking place throughout the area each year. We regularly recommend securing your bar service as soon as you know your date. You do not need to have every detail figured out before booking. Your guest count can change, your menu can come later, and we can help you work through the details along the way. For highly sought-after Saturdays, booking 1–2 years in advance is never too early.
Yes. South Carolina regulations require clients to purchase their own alcohol, but this actually works in your favor! You pay retail price directly, with no additional alcohol markup from us. We make the rest as easy as possible. We can calculate exactly what you need, create your shopping list, help select brands and quantities, coordinate and place your order on your behalf, and handle the logistics while keeping the purchase in your name. Pour Decisions clients also receive complimentary day-of pickup and delivery. We can pick up your order and bring it directly to your venue. You pay for the alcohol. We can help handle everything else!
No worries, that’s what we’re here for! We know estimating alcohol for a wedding isn’t something most people do every day. Every booking includes a complimentary bar consultation to plan quantities, your menu, selections, and everything needed for your bar. We’ve spent years refining our alcohol calculator using real event experience, and it’s our trusted guide for creating your customized shopping plan. Another benefit of Pour Decisions is that the retailers we work with allow returns of eligible unopened bottles, so you can be prepared without unnecessarily overspending. Plenty for the celebration, with a plan for anything left over!
Pour Decisions is based in Charleston, South Carolina, but we don’t stop at the Lowcountry! We serve weddings and events throughout South Carolina and are happy to travel to help bring your bar experience to life. If your wedding is outside the Charleston area, just send us your location when you inquire. We’ll go over any applicable travel details with you upfront so there are no surprises later.
