We specialize in weddings, corporate events, galas, holiday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and those special personal events in your home. Our Mission is to exercise flexibility, trust and detailed attention when meeting clients needs as we provide premier food, using only the finest ingredients, serviced by unobtrusive, friendly, and professional people making for a truly memorable event.

Amazing caterer!
Melody and her team are so incredible. Not only did they help us curate a perfect menu but she and her team executed every part of our night perfectly. She has amazing communication skills; she’s fast, efficient and kind. Highly recommend!!!

Melody is the BEST!
Melody and her team are the absolute BEST! Melody is extremely responsive and helpful, and her experience in doing weddings in the NYC area shines through. She supported us a bunch in our planning, helping us secure rentals and alcohol and answering our many questions (some not even related to catering!) promptly and thoroughly. She anticipated many issues, and her team took care of setup of the rentals. Her attention to detail and care for her clients took a lot of stress off our shoulders. There were so many compliments on the food at cocktail hour, our station, and dinner, and her bartenders and servers are very kind and really took care of us. I can't imagine our big day without Eventfull!

Delicious food, wonderful planning, and support
Having my catering done by EventfullNYC for my September 2026 wedding at the W Loft was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding planning journey. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and the highlight of the wedding, the support that Melody provides while in the planning phase was absolutely crucial in making my wedding a success. From the first reach out to the food tasting to the event planning to execution, communication with EventfullNYC has always been prompt and efficient where all my questions were answered and details provided. I was initially worried about the planning and execution of my wedding since my venue is a blank empty venue that doesn't provide much other than the tables and chairs. Having a good caterer was crucial in making sure all the details fell into place, the rentals secured (all the silverware, glassware, furniture, and more), the alcohol purchased (at a great price), the timeline finalized, and importantly the menu set. EventfullNYC helped with all of that and more, covering the setup and breakdown of the event as well. EventfullNYC had experience with my venue and could answer many of our questions during the tasting and were well poised to execute a flawless event. They were also super attentive to food allergies and preemptively gave me a list of all food items each restricted guest could or could not eat - another level of detail that makes this team great. The hors d'oeuvres, salad, main entree, dessert, and late night snacks were all delicious and multiple guests came to us to comment on the tastiness of the food served. The event staff from bartenders to servers were all great, professional, and well experienced. We felt especially taken care of by our dedicated server. People had a great time at our wedding and we owe much of that to the efforts of the EventfullNYC team. I highly recommend EventfullNYC for your catering needs, especially for weddings.

Incredible experience!
For my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Greenpoint Loft in the spring, we hosted 170 guests and ultimately chose Melody and the Eventfull team. We started our search over a year in advance, and Melody immediately stood out. Over the course of what must have been a thousand emails, she remained exceptionally responsive, positive and accommodating to every unique idea we proposed. Her extensive experience and deep familiarity with the nuances of Greenpoint Loft—a beautiful but raw and empty warehouse space requiring everything from ovens to tables to be brought in—were invaluable. Melody navigated our complex culinary vision with ease. Late in the planning process, the couple decided on appetizers from their favorite Korean restaurant and dinner from a preferred Italian spot. Melody took complete charge of this logistical challenge, coordinating directly with the restaurant chefs to manage food quantities, delivery timing, plating, and presentation. Her ability to oversee the kitchen and timing for external vendors was truly incredible. Beyond catering, Melody managed all rentals—including tables, linens, servingware and silverware—and flawlessly executed the bar setup with our provided alcohol. Her team handled every detail, from setting tables with name cards and menus to diligently tracking guest food allergies. The day was seamless thanks to Melody’s proactive communication with our other vendors and day-of wedding coordinator. The entire staff was professional and efficient; a special thank you to Nico, who ensured the wedding couple and our families were well-attended to throughout the evening. Melody and her staff truly went above and beyond. Knowing Melody was in charge allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. She and her team made the planning process enjoyable and the execution flawless. I cannot recommend Eventfull highly enough.

Delicious food and a joy to work with!
Melody and her team at Eventfullnyc did a phenomenal job catering our wedding this past weekend. Honestly, we couldn’t imagine better food at a wedding! From our very first call, Melody was incredibly responsive, attentive, and collaborative. She also went above and beyond helping us find and manage the rental order seamlessly. They offer such an impressive array of menu items, from the passed canapés to the entrees, that we were able to craft a menu that perfectly accommodated all of our guests' tastes and dietary needs. Every dish was beautifully composed, and our guests have not stopped raving about how delicious everything was. Best of all, as the couple, we felt incredibly well taken care of by our personal server. It is a rare luxury for the newlyweds to actually get to eat on their wedding day, but they made sure we fully enjoyed every bite. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
