I am currently the Executive Chef of the Galilee Beach Club in Narragansett RI. I have over 20 years experience in hospitality. Being raised in Rhode Island; my love of our little state shines through. I find inspiration from the sea, to our local agriculture, all the way to architecture in Providence.

We are extremely customizable. We are budget conscious, food focused, and client driven. I absolutely love to entertain; and my personality shines through during a fun event. I care that everyone has an amazing experience.

    Chef Rob is amazing. He catered my wife’s 30th birthday party and it was fantastic. The food was great and his attention to detail and creativity was second to none. Besides being a great chef he was awesome and ensured everyone had a great time. I will never allow my friends to cook for parties anymore. I will always contact chef Rob. The best in the business by far!
