    Olivia is the best!!

    Olivia Brought Our Gala to Life

    We had the pleasure of having Olivia Colletti as our live illustrator at our Annual Gala, and she was absolutely incredible. Olivia created custom illustrations for 170 guests throughout the evening, and every single piece was stunning. Her talent, professionalism, and calm presence added such a unique and memorable touch to our event. Guests were blown away by her artistry, and the line for her station truly spoke for itself. Olivia was efficient yet meticulous, making sure each illustration captured the personality and look of every guest. She was wonderful to work with from start to finish, and her work elevated the overall experience of our gala. We highly recommend Olivia for any event looking for a special, personal, and artistic element. She exceeded every expectation!

Yes, we do! We have artists in Metro-Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, and Milwaukee, but we travel all the time. Depending on how far the location is, we may charge a travel fee.
I recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed. Our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak wedding season, so reserving your spot early ensures we can be a part of your day!
We understand that not every guest will choose to participate, and it is never our goal to illustrate 100% of attendees. Instead, we focus on creating a shared, immersive experience by transforming the event into a live, improvised art exhibition. Guests gather, observe, and engage in conversation around the artwork as it comes to life, while select attendees leave with a meaningful piece created just for them. Our illustration booth consistently becomes a focal point of the event—an experience enjoyed by all, regardless of individual participation.
Yes -- we require a 30% deposit upon booking. This will officially secure your date.
After your wedding, your artist will complete any final details within 2 weeks MAX and prepare your artwork for delivery. Completion timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the painting.
Yes! OC Illustration is a team of professional artists with unique styles and specialties. We’ll help match you with the artist who best fits your wedding vision, location, and desired aesthetic.
Yes! If you missed having a live painter on your wedding day, we also offer commissioned wedding paintings created from your favorite wedding photographs.
Most live wedding painting experiences include the artist being on-site for approximately 5–6 hours, allowing enough time to capture the atmosphere, key moments, and details of your celebration. Exact timing depends on your canvas size, and wedding timeline.
