Hi! I'm Jaycee. I specialize in clean, textured bridal hair and timeless makeup that enhances your natural beauty. I grew up with a deep love for painting and art, and that same eye for detail, balance, and color theory shapes every bridal look I create. This has led my work to be published 45+ times and featured by brands such as Covergirl, Wet N' Wild, Ulta Beauty, and more. I have also been a licensed Esthetician since 2017, so my sanitation practices are the best in the business.

Yes! This covers packing my kit, and gas/time to get to and from your location. It is $1/mile per Artist. (My starting location is Long Beach, CA.) In addition, overnight accommodation may also be included for the night before if the driving exceeds 1.5 hours.
Yes! I can do waves, curls, hollywood waves, blowouts, half ups, braids, updos, etc. Please note for hairstyling it's either dry styling OR a blowout. If doing a hair style hair must be completely dry. If someone would prefer a blowout, then hair can be damp (but not soaking wet).
I am a Licensed Esthetician, certified makeup artist (in 3 different ways), worked as a Sephora makeup artist, and have certified students in makeup artistry in a cosmetology school. I have also been featured by major beauty brands such as Covergirl, Wet n Wild, Ulta Beauty, Kiko Milano, and more.
Yes! A deposit may be up to 50% of the total amount due to lock in your date on my schedule. I do have a contract in place for you to sign when booking with me, and am happy to speak with you on the phone or zoom beforehand if you want to meet me virtually first before booking and sending a deposit!
While I can do everything from "no makeup" makeup to full glam and everything in between, I am most known for natural but elevated makeup looks. Most of my brides don't wear much makeup and still want to feel like themselves, as well as the makeup itself feel light. But they still want to look like an elevated version of themselves for their wedding day, so a natural soft glam is what I am most known for/requested to do.
While it depends on the makeup look or hair style requested, I get most services done in one hour increments. If many people/services are involved, I will create a schedule for the day-of.
I am most known for textured and romantic hair styles. Usually half up/half downs and updos!
My 9 page wedding day guide checklist was created by me and has everything you need to know to get ready for your wedding day. It includes tips for the day-of, day after, a couple weeks before, and even 6+ months in advance of your wedding day. It ensures you and your wedding guests are prepared and you get the most out of your time with me.

    The bride felt beautiful!

    I got married on October 3rd, 2026, and booked hair and makeup for myself and 3 other women for the morning of the event. Jaycee made the getting-ready portion of my wedding day easy and stress-free. In addition to booking her hair and makeup services for my wedding, I did a bridal makeup trial with her. During both the trial run and the real day, I felt listened to, and Jaycee was calm and sweet, bringing a positive, low-key energy that helped keep everyone feeling great as the morning went on. Jaycee was very easy to work with. I don't wear a lot of makeup in my day-to-day life, and so I was a bit apprehensive going into the whole process. Any stress I had went out the door after our makeup trial, because I looked great, and Jaycee is very kind. I did want to make a few minor tweaks to the makeup style for the big day, and she listened to my feedback and nailed it with my final look. I was also initially unsure if I'd get hair and makeup done alone, and eventually added services for my mom and a few other family members. Jaycee was flexible about the changes, and helpfully added a second pair of hands to focus on hair so we could keep everything moving smoothly and on-schedule for the event. Ultimately my goal was to find someone who could make me look like myself, just a little more dolled up. Jaycee made me feel beautiful, kept the energy calm and positive, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented artist!

    Wedding Hair/Makeup

    I worked with Jaycee for a wedding and she was absolutely wonderful! As an esthetician, she makes sure to focus on skin prep. As someone with acne prone skin, this was extremely important to me. Mine and my bridesmaids hair/makeup stayed flawless all night. My wedding party repeatably said it was the best hair/makeup they've ever had done for a wedding. Could not recommend Jaycee more!

    Amazing trial and wedding day experience

    I wanted to look dolled up but still like myself, Jaycee fully understood my vision. I was worried about my imperfect skin, she recommended skin care products and techniques. I was stressed out on the morning of my wedding day, she brought all the fun chill banter. Not only is she skilled, talented and on time, she is kind and funny. I highly recommend her!!     Flawless!

    Jaycee Beauty made getting ready for our wedding day so easy. She communicated exactly what she'd do and followed through on everything she promised. My hair is normally very frizzy, but she kept it completely frizz-free all night and even the next morning, which felt like magic. Jaycee is genuinely sweet and kind, and we felt comfortable talking to her about anything. Her work was flawless and she moved quickly without cutting corners. We'd hire her again in a heartbeat.
