A luxury beauty experience for the modern woman! My beauty philosophy is simple, "When you look good you feel good. When you feel good you do better".I started Nina Renee beauty because I believe that we all deserve to have the celebrity-style beauty experience of our dreams. As a high-end makeup artist servicing some of Washington DC's most prestigious residents for over eight years, I always found it hard to find my "Glam team".
The NR beauty co-team is comprised of diverse and experienced beauty artists who are amazing at what they do. With an average of 10 years industry experience they understand the assignment every single time.

Disappointing and Unprofessional
I had a bridal hair and makeup trial here and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience, especially for the price. My guest was told she couldn’t stay because the studio was “fully booked,” despite the studio being completely empty except for me for the first 45 minutes of my appointment, with an empty couch and chairs right beside me. The manager, who ended up doing my hair, was rude and disrespectful throughout, and didn’t coordinate with the makeup artist, which led to visible mistakes that had to be redone. I tried to give the business the benefit of the doubt, but the experience only got worse as the appointment went on. Given the cost of this trial, I expected a professional, welcoming experience; this fell far short. I deeply regret spending any money here and cannot recommend this establishment, especially to brides who need things to go smoothly during wedding prep.

LOVE Veux Beauty
Veux Beauty did such an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding day. Everyone looked and felt beautiful, and they really listened to what each person wanted while making everything look polished, elegant, and long-lasting. They brought such a calm and positive energy to the morning, which made getting ready even more enjoyable. Everything held up perfectly throughout the entire day and night, and we were beyond happy with how everything turned out. We felt so lucky to have them as part of our wedding and would highly recommend them to any bride planning her day. Their team at the salon even did a few of my guests hair and makeup the day of the wedding as well and everyone was so happy and felt so beautiful!

My experience was nothing short of incredible! Hair and makeup was one of the most important vendors to me so when I saw the work that the Veux team produced I knew that I needed to book. They checked in on my several times during the process and really worked with me to narrow down my ideas. I am extremely happy with my wedding day results and I encourage any bride reading this to invest in this service. They are everything that they say more.

I would recommend NRBeauty Co. to any bride to be. Nina is incredibly attentive and communicative in addition to being transparent about her pricing. Andrea and Andejla were my glam team, and I absolutely loved their work, as did the rest of my bridal party. The makeup and hair lasted for at least 12 hours (likely more). NRBeauty Co. was by far the most professional team I communicated with. I appreciated the portal Nina managed which included all communications, invoices, and glam guides. My bridal party also appreciated the Google form they submitted in advance of the day to share their inspo & desired looks! Nina also confirmed when the glam team was en route the day of the wedding, which was highly appreciated given how stressful the morning-of can be. To top it all off, they ran on time / ahead of schedule the day of the wedding!

Over delivered on quality and customer service!
I am so glad that I chose Nina Renee Beauty for my wedding day. From the very beginning, Nina had so many ideas and was willing to answer all of my super specific questions. I am an admirer of makeup and hair, with little experience lol. I really just shared my vision with Nina and she let me know what I needed! They completely over delivered on quality of work and customer service!! I also highly recommend their hair extension rental. So easy and the extensions really amplified my hairstyle. By the way! My bridesmaids all felt that this was their favorite hair and makeup experience!
