Let’s chat! I love chatting…it’s totally my favorite! I’m Kristin Mastrangelo, (go head, try it out…it’s easier than it looks), a makeup & hair artist who specializes in wedding, special event, & television artistry, spending most of my time trying to think of PC ways to avoid putting on “real” pants. I’m a wife of 15 years & momster of 4. Obsessed with heavy metal, tea, all black everything, horror movies all the time, a creature of the night. I hate being late. Personally, I believe everyone should be at least a little weird...normal is a setting on a dryer...so embrace you, be different, and do what you want.

My goal for every wedding or event is simply helping you achieve your dreams of beauty for your big day. All the while making the process as stress-free as possible. Weddings are tough enough to plan, so doing what I can to help alleviate that stress is key. I like to think that I'm an out of the box thinker, "there aren't problems, just solutions" type of gal. Bringing years of experience and education coupled with an expansive and luxurious kit, there isn't a vision that we can't tackle together. In the end, I want you walking down the aisle feeling like the most spectacular you that you've ever felt.

Stellar Hair and Stellar Service
Kristin is an amazing hairstylist, she made me and my wedding party feel at ease and her styles lasted all day and night (even through some intense dancing at the reception). She was fun and responded with all the information you need. Next time I need or want my hair done I'm hiring Kristin for sure!

An Absolute Dream Hair and Makeup Artist
Kristin was truly amazing to work with and such a huge part of what made the day feel so special. From the very beginning, she was responsive, helpful, and so easy to talk to. Every interaction felt like chatting with a friend, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I loved everything she did, from my trial to the wedding day. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made it come to life perfectly. I honestly have never felt so beautiful, and that meant everything. She also did an incredible job making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident, even my mom who prefers a more minimal look. On the wedding day, Kristin created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere while still keeping everything organized and on track. She was able to take our vision and make it work seamlessly, and everything turned out absolutely stunning. Kristin is not only so talented, but also someone you genuinely want to spend time with on your wedding morning. I would recommend her to any bride who wants to feel beautiful, comfortable, and completely taken care of.

Kristin is AMAZING
Kristin is AMAZING!!!! She is THE BEST hair & make up artist in the industry. Not only have I had the pleasure of working with her for the last decade in the wedding industry and referred her to many of my brides, she also did my hair & make up for my own wedding and engagement shoot! Not to mention.. nine other of my bridesmaids! She is a true artist and really cares about her clients. She intentionally gets know their style and what they want to embody on their wedding day to make them feel the most beautiful! I highly recommend Kristin for your wedding! She is such a genuinely amazing person and an extremely talented hair and make up artist!

Highly Recommend Kristin Mastrangelo!
Kristin was a literal godsend and I would eagerly work with her again--and recommend her to all other DC-area brides! She is incredibly fun and easy to work with, and I was completely happy with my makeup trial, my engagement hair and makeup, and my wedding hair and makeup. She also managed to please my hard-to-please Mom, who wanted a more minimal look. Kristin is a great listener and conversationalist and made my wedding day a relaxed, fun, breezy time!

Kristin and her partner did an AMAZING job with our wedding! Our hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning and Kristin was so communicative! I told her what we needed and she found a way to make it work! I also had extensions in and she styled them in a way they were not noticeable! If you're contemplating getting your hair/makeup done for your wedding, do it!! And book them now!!
