As a wedding hair and makeup company that works with hundreds of weddings every year, we have the opportunity to work alongside many different wedding planners and coordinators, and I can confidently say that Jenna was an absolute pleasure to work with! One of the biggest things we appreciate in a planner is someone who understands that every vendor has their own moving pieces behind the scenes and communicates with everyone rather than making last-minute decisions that can unintentionally create stress for the couple or the vendor team. Unfortunately, we’ve had experiences in the past where a planner has changed a hair and makeup timeline at the last minute without consulting us, provided information to the couple that contradicted what we had communicated, or made changes that simply weren’t realistic for the number of services being completed. Instead of making the wedding morning easier, it can create unnecessary chaos and put vendors in the difficult position of trying to make everything work without sacrificing the experience of the bride and her bridal party. Jenna was the complete opposite of that experience. She was incredibly organized, communicative, professional, and genuinely easy to work with from beginning to end. Everything was clearly communicated, everyone was on the same page, and we were able to simply focus on what we were there to do—take care of our bride and her bridal party and give them a beautiful, relaxed wedding morning. What stood out most was how seamless everything felt. There was no unnecessary stress, confusion, conflicting information, or last-minute scrambling. Jenna respected our timeline and our expertise while also making sure the overall wedding-day schedule worked beautifully. That kind of collaboration between vendors makes such a tremendous difference, not only for us as professionals, but ultimately for the couple. A great wedding planner should take stress away from the bride, groom, and vendor team—not add to it—and Jenna absolutely does that. She is organized without being rigid, involved without micromanaging, and professional while still being incredibly approachable and enjoyable to work alongside. We would genuinely be excited to see Jenna’s name on another one of our weddings and would happily recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who is organized, thoughtful, collaborative, and truly understands how to bring all of the different pieces of a wedding day together.
