Elopement

Description

Includes a 1-on-1 meeting to craft your elopement ceremony. Whether you’re exchanging vows in a more private setting or with a few loved ones, I will ensure your ceremony is customized to your story. On your special day, I will perform your intimate ceremony at a location of your choice. After officiating your ceremony, I’ll handle the legalities, obtaining witness signatures and filing your marriage license with the appropriate County Recorder within the required 10-day timeframe.

Traditional Ceremony

Description

This package includes up to 2 personalized planning meetings—by phone, video call, or in person—so we can design a ceremony that reflects your love story and unique journey as a couple. On your big day, I will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony at your venue to ensure everything is prepared and runs smoothly. I’ll also handle the legalities, obtaining witness signatures and filing your marriage license with the appropriate County Recorder within the required 10-day timeframe.

The Legal Stuff

Description

Includes a short table ceremony, I take care of the documents, and file your marriage license with the County Recorder. Please note that this is only a short couple sentences, this is not for vow or ring exchange. Make sure this is what you desire! After officiating your ceremony, I’ll handle the legalities, obtaining witness signatures and filing your marriage license with the appropriate County Recorder within the required 10-day timeframe.

    Amazing and Easy to Work With!

    Sabrina is not only an officiant, but she can make some decor to make your day special! She will travel, customize your ceremony and file the paperwork after the ceremony. She is open to every and all couples, whether it be an elopement in the mountains of Lake Tahoe or a wedding with 200 guests, she makes sure your experience is perfect!

    We can’t recommend Sabrina enough! She was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was always so helpful, easy to talk to, organized, patient, and really took the time to get to know us. She listened to all of our ideas and made sure our ceremony felt personal and true to us, which meant so much. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Definitely! Whether you’re already legally married, having a vow renewal, or simply want a meaningful ceremony without the legal paperwork, I’d love to help you celebrate your relationship.
Absolutely! I’m happy to conduct your rehearsal when one is needed. Rehearsals are not automatically included in my ceremony packages because every wedding and rehearsal is different, but they can be added to your package if you’d like me there. I highly recommend having your officiant lead the rehearsal—it gives everyone a chance to practice the processional, understand where they need to be, and feel much more confident going into the ceremony.
No, I don’t provide or require premarital counseling. My role is to help you create and celebrate a ceremony that feels meaningful and authentic to your relationship.
Since 2020! I started officiating during the pandemic, and what began as something I never expected to do quickly became something I absolutely love. Getting to hear each couple’s story and help them celebrate their relationship is incredibly special to me.
Absolutely! I’m non-denominational and can create ceremonies that are completely secular, spiritual, or somewhere in between. If there are religious or spiritual traditions that are meaningful to you, we can incorporate them—or leave out traditional language and elements that don’t feel like you.
Once you’re booked, I’ll guide you through the process from start to finish. You’ll each complete a detailed questionnaire so I can learn about your relationship, and I use your answers to create a personalized ceremony. We’ll communicate throughout the planning process and make sure everything is finalized before your wedding day.
Absolutely! I love intimate weddings and elopements. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small gathering of your favorite people, I offer ceremony options designed to make the experience personal and meaningful without requiring a traditional wedding setup.
Absolutely! I usually like to have a discovery call with couples before booking so we can get to know each other, talk about what you’re envisioning, and make sure we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to book, we’re simply getting a chance to connect before making a decision.
