Making people laugh and have fun is something that comes naturally to me. I want to create authentic moments, bring magic to adventures, and make beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. I am so dedicated to my work and my clients. I hear this about myself a lot. I am determined to provide an experience that is exactly what they are envisioning. I think the way that I edit photos is very unique in that I wouldn't consider myself either light and airy or dark and moody. One of my clients mentioned that my style has a vintage feel to it and I loved that!

Kelly was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. I found her work through a friend who recently gotten married and was in love with their photos. During the planning stages (the stressful part), she felt like someone you could truly lean on and always offered help or advice as needed. Our calls just felt like we were catching up with an old friend. On the wedding day she made us feel comfortable and at ease which meant alot because posing can sometimes feel awkward or forced. She made everything feel effortless, fun and really felt like our personal hype woman for the day. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about her clients and capturing their most meaningful moments. We are SO grateful to have chosen her as our photographer and are blown away by her talent. We cannot recommend her enough!!!!

We absolutely loved working with Kelly for our wedding! Working with her was one of my absolute-must-haves for our wedding day! From the very beginning, talking with her felt like talking to a close friend. She made us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. She was so invested in our wedding day and, more importantly, in making sure we had the experience we wanted. She was incredibly communicative, collaborative, and responsive anytime I had a question or needed guidance. We always felt like we were in such good hands. Highly recommend Kelly!
We had the best experience with Kelly for our engagement photos! From the moment we started, she made both my fiancé and me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, which is no small feat. Neither of us are naturally great at posing, but Kelly gave us just the right amount of direction so that everything felt effortless and genuine. It was a really fun and memorable experience. She kept us laughing, helped us relax, and somehow captured us in a way that felt authentically “us.” Her guidance throughout the shoot made all the difference, and the photos turned out beautifully. Not only is Kelly incredibly talented, but she’s also such a joy to work with. We left our engagement session feeling even more excited for our wedding day, and we can’t wait for her to capture those memories as well. Kelly is the BEST! My husband Mike and I have been lucky enough to have had Kelly capture multiple milestones in our life.. a maternity shoot, family photos with our daughter, and our wedding! I am not someone to feel super comfortable “modeling” (especially 8 months pregnant!) but Kelly made my us both feel so at ease, and made me feel so beautiful! I am grateful for the photos we get to look back at forever in such a positive and fun light. We obviously HAD to have her shoot our wedding too!! We loved how our photos came out, as we knew we would, but what really made us feel so grateful to have Kelly Jean Photography there on our wedding day, was when the skies opened up! As a bride, a little panic sets in. But without skipping a beat or panicking herself, Kelly grabbed a handful of adorable clear umbrellas from her car and reassured us that the show must go on! We enjoyed the rest of our wonderful night as she caught the best moments on camera. The pictures were bright & beautiful, and you wouldn’t have even known it poured if it wasn’t for the beautiful rainbow it left behind. We also had her shoot film as well, which ended up being some of our favorite shots. Weeks after all the excitement, we even came home one day to a package which had some of our favorite prints, a wallet sized photo book, and a note. We recommend Kelly Jean Photography to anyone who is looking for a kind, fun, easygoing photographer, who goes the extra mile for her clients!

DREAM Wedding Photos
I had a very clear vision of what our wedding would look like, particularly from a photo point of view. And even under a constant cloud of rain, Kelly Jean captured our day better than I could have imagined. We were already blown away by the engagement shoot Kelly did for us back in December 2022, but our wedding day photos were the real prize. Our whole gallery stunningly represents the moody, romantic look that drew me to Kelly Jean’s photos in the first place. I thought the rain would ruin the outdoor wedding we’d dreamed of for the last year and a half. But Kelly Jean knew exactly how to turn the weather into something truly wonderful — and the rain became the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony photos. On top of that, the weather didn’t stop Kelly from committing to every detail of our day. She was a total pro (geared up in rain boots and a rain jacket) through every part of the wedding and knew exactly how to shift away from sunny day photos to what worked for rainy weather. We are FOREVER grateful we found Kelly Jean and have all these stunning memories to hold onto for life. Her unique, artistic approach and attention to detail truly shines through every photo. We haven’t been able to stop looking through our gallery and reliving every special part of our day!
