Your Planning BFF It’s cliche but it’s true- we LOVE love! We are obsessed with any reason to bring people together and celebrate- but especially when it’s to celebrate the beginning of forever. Weddings ignite a fire in us unlike any other; we are obsessed with every part of the planning and execution process. We adore hearing a couple’s unique and special love story, learning about their vision for their perfect day, and meeting all the family members anxious to help in any way they can!
We love the look on spouses’ faces as they catch the first glimpse of their forever love, and the glimmer in their eyes as they see their Pinterest board come to life! Based across Oregon but we can plan your wedding wherever your imagination takes you.

The BEST wedding planner!!
If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, let me save you the deliberation: do it, and book AK Events. From the very first conversation, Arianna took the time to truly understand our vision and our budget, and she guided us every step of the way with honest, thoughtful advice about what would work and what wouldn't. She had this incredible ability to keep us grounded in what actually mattered to us, and never once let us lose sight of it. Something that stood out from day one and throughout the entire planning process was how many amazingly strong relationships Ariana has with vendors. There were several vendors I was set on wanting to work with, and because she already had those connections, booking them was effortless and fast. It took so much stress off my plate knowing she could make a call and things would just fall into place. Arianna and her team also knew our venue inside and out, so nothing ever felt like guesswork. Every single detail, from logistics to timing, was executed flawlessly. Because of all of this, everything leading up to the wedding, and the day itself, went off without a hitch. I truly don't believe our wedding would have come together so beautifully without her and her team. If you want your wedding day to feel effortless, joyful, and completely taken care of, AK Events is who you need.

The Day Was Perfect!
Arianna with AK Events Co absolutely killed it when it comes to helping plan our wedding! She was super communicative and brought ideas to the table for problems that I was not necessarily sure how to solve! She was able to stay calm in moments where I was getting stressed and able to help talk me through any and every situation. She was more than willing to communicate with my vendors to get timelines in place, as well as help set up any meetings I may need to have. When there was a rental I needed, she was able to contact vendors and get me exactly what I wanted to help ensure the day was perfect! Day of, she and her team kept things running smoothly and on time. Would recommend and pick AK Events Co again and again!

Amazing to work with
I cannot imagine how my wedding day would have gone without Arianna's assistance. She was so amazing to work with and I felt so blessed to have found her. She is extremely responsive and organized. I was a huge stress case about my wedding, but Arianna lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend hiring Arianna- it is so worth it and will make a huge difference in how much you will be able to enjoy your wedding!

THE BEST
Our elopement style wedding could not have been successful without Arianna!! She was seriously always on top of everything through the whole planning process. Our arch for our ceremony didn’t have flowers/decorations like I had always envisioned and on the day of, Arianna went out of her way to get and put floral arrangements together and set everything up and surprised us. Every detail for our day was so thoughtful and I couldn’t recommend Arianna more!

AK Events Co. was a fantastic wedding planning partner for our special day. Their communication throughout the process was great and easy - they were always responsive to our questions and requests. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly amazing. They contributed several memorable details to our wedding, including a unique wine bottle guest book, a beautifully decorated card table, and setting up an extra table for our guests. Additionally, she created an efficient timeline that was easy for us and our vendors to follow, and was were on top of every aspect of the day to ensure it went off without a hitch.
