I am a mom of 5 year old twin girls. I am always running around and it is very hard for me stay still. Having planned my own wedding in 2015 it really opened my eye in how much I love the industry. I also know the stress that goes along with it and not having the help when needed. No couple should ever have to go through it on their own and that is what I am here for. Let's plan together!

Been there, done that! I do not think there is a situation that I have not been in. I handle everything with thought and care and cater to the exact wants and needs to the couple. No job too big or too small!

    Highly recommend Amanda and Team!

    Working with Amethyst Events by Amanda was a game-changer for our wedding day. From our first conversation, Amanda listened to what we wanted and wasn't afraid to work with our ideas, even when we brought her something unconventional like moving our family furniture for our outdoor setup. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the planning process and made sure every detail we discussed made it into her notes. On the day of the wedding, everything was executed flawlessly—the setup was perfect and all those little touches we talked about were there waiting for our guests. Amanda's reliability and attention to follow-through took so much stress off our shoulders. We'd recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who truly listens and delivers!

    Amazing work

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding coordinators! From the moment we started working with them leading up to our wedding day, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, organized, and supportive. They made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful and were always there to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. On the wedding day, they were absolutely amazing! Everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our special day knowing everything was being taken care of. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication made such a huge difference. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and would highly, highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding! They truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect

    AMAZING!!!

    We hired Amethyst Events by Amanda for our wedding, and it was the best decision we made. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We worked with Tiffany who was our day of coordinator, she was an absolute gem from our first meeting where she didn't miss a single detail through the wedding day. I truly do not know what we would've done without her, she helped with every aspect of the day along with making sure my husband and I were relaxed and enjoying ourselves the whole day/night. If you are looking or even thinking about getting a DOC- go with Amethyst Events by Amanda.

    Essential For "DIY" Wedding

    Amanda and her team were incredible! Professional, concise and executed my vision perfectly! We used Amethyst Events to set up our Lake house wedding and it was perfect! Communication was easy and seamless, and she made that aspect of our wedding stress free and beautiful. Only regret we have was that we should have used more of her services for our big day.

    Amanda turned our vision into a fairytale reality

    I am honored to leave a review for Amanda. She is the shinning star that pulled my vision together for a backyard wedding this past weekend on 10/4/25. As a type A bride I had all my ducks in a row for the big day, but what I couldn't do was execute! I hired Amanda and knew the first time we spoke she was the right person for the job. She took my vision (with full binder in hand) and truly made it come to life. Seeing our tables set up and the backyard turned into a true fairytale is something I certainly won't ever forget. I can't thank Amanda and her staff (Tori) enough for keeping the day on time and moving! Amanda was never far away when either of needed something. She was the mind reader we didn't know we needed! I can't recommend Amanda and her team enough. They truly pulled off the vision of my dreams and I will be eternally grateful for their work.

What really sparked my interest was when I got married in 2015. I at the time worked with an event production company and was managing the office, wedding coordination, photo booth, decor, florals and more. In 2019 I became a certified event/wedding planner and an ordained minister. In 2018 I had twin girls! Covid happened and then it was not easy to keep a job. I started my business in October of 2023 and we just hit our 1 year mark!
No, I do have starting prices for certain services, but every couple has different needs and wants, and I customize my packages to that, including the pricing. I am budget-friendly, as I was a bride before and know that staying within a budget is very important.
I plan any event! If you need rentals or consultations then I am here for you!
I have a team if needed! I also have an assistant coordinator as a backup if needed as well.
Not normally, but I do have another coordinator on my team who can take on smaller weddings and extra team members who can assist when needed.
