With nearly a decade of experience in the events industry, I bring a strong background in planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experience to every wedding I support. We assist with venue and vendor sourcing, budget management, design, guest accommodations, timeline development, logistics, and wedding-day execution. From the first planning decisions through your final send-off, we’re there to keep every detail organized and moving forward.	Our Wedding Management package is perfect for couples who have planned the details but want a professional to bring everything together. Beginning 45 days before your wedding, we review plans, finalize timelines, confirm vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, and manage the wedding day from setup through the final moments so you can stay present and enjoy your celebration.	Our Event Design service is for couples who want a cohesive, intentional look for their wedding. We help shape the overall aesthetic through color palettes, tablescapes, focal points, signage, florals, linens, and décor selections. From concept to installation, we bring the visual details together so your wedding feels polished, personal, and beautifully connected.

Omgeeeeee! AyaEvents….if you haven’t booked with Dami yet, what are you even doing?!?! She planned and coordinated my wedding last year and she did a PHENOMENAL job. Nigerian weddings are chaotic in the LEAST lol, however she handled it all gracefully. She made sure that everything went as seamlessly and according to schedule as humanly possible. Again, if you haven’t booked yet….its not too late to hop on the wave before today’s price is no longer tomorrow’s price!

Superstar Planner!
I found Dami 60 days before my wedding and she saved me! I had a wedding coordinator that was not able to perform her duties and I was left high and dry. I had a friend refer me to Dami. We were able to talk for 45 minutes about my vision, my budget, how I was a DIY bride and everything was getting pieced together since I was doing it without a planner for my 125 person wedding. She was not worried or nervous, she made me feel confident that we can do it. She showed me her packaged options that best fit me and it was easy! She jumped to action, organized my dreams into a week by week tracker and got to work. Weekly check ins, walk throughs, multiple conversations. The wedding day came and it was beautiful. I learned afterwards all the random things that happened that I had no idea and was oblivious to and that’s exactly how it was supposed to be. I thank Dami truly, she is a superstar, she runs an efficient and professional team, and an amazing wedding planner/coordinator. I will stand on supporting her and her business. Thank you Dami!

Aya Events Co. did an amazing job with my birthday celebration! Dami really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life. Everything came together beautifully, and I received so many compliments from my guests on the decor and all the details.
