Yes! We can help with planning and organizing events like showers, rehearsal dinners, and other celebrations. We can provide advice on themes, timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure everything goes smoothly. Let us know how we can assist!
We’re lucky to have a team of eight amazing coordinators, which allows us to handle multiple events throughout the week. That said, we would never double-book a client on the same day because we truly value giving each event our full attention. We’re so proud of the work we do, and we believe every client deserves nothing less than our absolute focus and care. To us, our clients are more than just events to plan—they’re special, and we’re committed to ensuring their experience is stress-free, seamless, and memorable.
It depends on the package you choose! Our Day-of Coronation package includes 10 hours on the event day and an additional hour for rehearsal, totaling about 11 hours,However, the actual time spent with us can be up to 20 hours, depending on your needs. On the other hand, our Platinum Weddings package is a full, year-long journey with us, offering 12+ hours on the big day and an average of 120 hours spent together leading up to the event. No matter which option you choose, we’ll be by your side every step of the way, helping bring your vision to life with care and attention.
Yes, we’re a close-knit team of eight coordinators, and we’re here to make your planning journey as smooth and stress-free as possible! When you select your date with us, we’ll check our schedules to see if it’s available. If it is, we’ll schedule a complimentary consultation with the coordinator who best fits your style and needs. While some events may require the support of multiple coordinators, we work together seamlessly to ensure every detail is covered. We’re all involved in each client’s journey to provide backup and peace of mind, so you can relax knowing we’re here for you
