DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNER — SAM, OUR DREAM COME TRUE! Some people are wonderful at their jobs, and then there are rare people who leave a permanent mark on your heart. Sam is one of those people. Our wedding would never have been the same without her, and no words can fully express how grateful our family is. We were blessed with two extraordinary wedding planners: Linda, our Charleston planner, and Sam, our Miami planner. Planning a destination wedding across two cities could have been overwhelming, but these two women meshed so beautifully that it felt like one seamless team. They communicated, collaborated, respected each other’s strengths, and brought our vision to life together. Sam was an essential part of that magic. When I say Sam handled EVERYTHING, I mean it. She coordinated the internal details, organized, followed up, ran from one task to the next, handled changes, and made sure every moving piece fell into place. So much of her work happened behind the scenes, yet her dedication showed in every part of our wedding. Nothing was too small, nothing was too much, and she never made us feel like we were a burden. I also work in event planning, so I know firsthand the immense effort it takes to make an event feel effortless. I understand the pressure, the quick decisions, the constant communication, and all the things guests never see. That made my respect for Sam even deeper. I recognized her work ethic, her attention to detail, and the heart she put into every task. She didn’t simply get things done; she cared about getting them right. One of Sam’s greatest gifts is how she makes people feel. No matter what needed to change, she handled it with grace, patience, and calm confidence. She protected our peace throughout the process. We could trust her completely, and that meant everything during one of the most important chapters of our lives. Beyond her incredible talent, Sam has the most beautiful heart. She is warm, respectful, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in the families she works with. Our whole family grew to love her. She became more than our planner; she became someone we will always remember with so much affection and gratitude. On our wedding day, we were able to be fully present. We laughed, cried, celebrated, and took in every precious moment because Sam and Linda were making everything happen. They gave us the priceless gift of enjoying our own wedding without carrying the weight of every little detail. Sam, I hope you know that we SAW you. We saw the running around, the extra effort, the follow-through, the patience, and the care you put into our special day. And even in the countless moments we didn’t see, we felt your dedication. THE BEST EVER!!!
If I could give By Samantha Santos 10 stars, I would. I went into wedding planning fully prepared to lose my mind and somehow came out the other side calm and more hands-off than I thought I'd be. I wanted a very over-the-top, fun wedding, but also wanted it to feel intimate, which sounds like a contradiction, but Samantha made it work seamlessly. She took that vision and ran with it. She listened to what we wanted, never tried to push her own ideas, and brought in vendors that made me wonder where she's been hiding these people! From florals to catering to entertainment, everything felt curated but never overdone. Samantha handled our families so smoothly. Dealing with all of our personalities could be overwhelming, and she made it all so stress-free. She has this way of keeping everyone happy without anyone feeling sidelined. I still don't know how she did it. Day of, I actually got to enjoy myself. I wasn't checking my phone, and I wasn't running around. The best thing about our wedding was not the flowers or the venue, but actually being present for your own wedding. If you're looking for a luxury wedding planner in South Florida, I can't recommend By Samantha Santos enough!!!
