The Wedding Event Classic package from ECM Beach Weddings offers a stress-free, all-inclusive beach wedding in Panama City Beach, Florida. It features a decorated bamboo arbor, seating for up to 30 guests, professional photography, personalized ceremony music, a unity sand ceremony, and a non-denominational officiant. Marriage license assistance and a rain backup plan ensure a seamless and memorable celebration by the Gulf.

The Express Intimate Ceremony option caters to couples interested in a small private wedding or vow renewal ceremony. This option could be at the beach, on the back patio/yard of your beautiful rental property or other coastal location.

Enhance your beach wedding with ECM Beach Weddings' customizable add-ons, including a personalized Unity Sand Ceremony, celebratory cakes for up to 30 guests, additional bouquets and boutonnieres, extra seating arrangements, aisle florals, a white aisle runner, and a romantic post-ceremony picnic for two.     Lindsey at Emerald Coast Marriage was amazing for our 25th anniversary vow renewal! Tropical Storm Bertha threw several wrenches in our well laid plans, but Lindsey was able to pull it all together for a beautiful ceremony on the balcony of our rental with ease & grace. While the day didn’t cooperate for family photos on the beach, she was kind enough to come back the next day to capture so many special moments.     We had the most incredible experience with Lindsey. From start to finish, it was stress free and exactly what we wanted. She was so helpful with the entire process. Lindsey and Regan (and his aunt) put together the perfect ceremony for us and we had so much fun with them. We wouldn’t change a thing, it was a dream come true. Yes - each county has requirements for obtaining a marriage license. We typically perform ceremonies in the following FL counties: Bay County, Walton County & Okaloosa County. We have linked the marriage license requirements for each county. Some counties offer the option to start the application online, others require couples to appear in person. We can work through all logistical details with you as needed.
Possibly - Bay, Walton and Okaloosa counties do require a permit for certain events or decor. Permit prices fluctuate by county. Permit location fees are not included in the ceremony packages and are the responsibility of the customer. We can work with you to determine if additional fee's will be required. Permit fees are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
The Emerald Coast has lots of beach and just off the coast location options. There are also several state parks that provide ideal locations. We will work with you to review all the options and determine which is best for you.
The good and bad news about coastal weather is it changes hourly! If the weather prevents the event from occurring, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. For those coming from out of town, we understand the costs incurred during travel and will do our best to attempt a quick reschedule during the days you are in town.
If you cancel your event 21 or more days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a $200 refund for the Intimate elopement package or a $400 refund for the other ceremony packages. If you cancel less than 21 days before the original scheduled date, there will be no refund applied. Deposits to hold your event date are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens. Our simple Peace of Mind policy allows for your existing payment to transfer to another available date/time. This applies to a one-time date reschedule request.
We take really good pictures but are not licensed professional photographers. Our edited pictures will be available to you electronically. At minimum - 25 edited pictures will be provided for the Intimate elopement package and 50 for other packages. We almost always provide more than the minimum. Check out social media for examples of our photography.
