May 2026 Wedding

We hired Estelle as a month-of coordinator for our May 2026 wedding and could not be happier with all of her help. She scheduled several meetings with us, starting approximately 3-months before the wedding (she is very proactive!), making sure to understand our vision, doing a deep dive into our timeline, and then making sure she was on top of any last minute details. In between these meetings, she created and distributed vendor-specific timelines, communicated with vendors to make sure they understood our vision, and worked very closely with our reception venue to make sure everything would be ready. The day of the wedding Estelle & her assistant worked tirelessly to make sure that we stayed on schedule. She worked with our photographers to make sure that portraits were completed quickly and efficiently, then made sure that the church was cleared out to make the rest of the pictures easier. Throughout the night she could be seen talking to the waitstaff, the DJ, the photographers, and the venue owner; I don’t even know everything that she did for us that night, but that is exactly what you want from a day-of coordinator! After the reception, she even drove us to our hotel for the evening. She truly went above and beyond, and we are so appreciative for everything she did. I don’t know how anyone can have a wedding, and have it pass by stress-free, without having someone like Estelle.

I cannot recommend Estelle enough!! She was so helpful and sweet throughout the entire wedding planning process! She made herself available to ALL of my questions and provided amazing insight that helped me feel confident in planning. She was incredible on the day of the event- I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! From setting up the reception, to keeping everyone on track, coordinating with vendors, and keeping me calm- she is a true professional, organized, and so so sweet. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner or coordinator. My wedding day went perfectly and I truly think that was because of Estelle! Thank you so much!

Estelle is FABULOUS and the BEST thing you can invest money into with your special day! I used the day of coordinator service. Firstly, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at the wedding was so impressed that the wedding was run so efficiently. On the day of, wedding started EXACTLY on time, and ran so much smoother than I could have ever hoped. Secondly, Estelle was so much fun to work with! She understood your needs, desires, and made recommendations to you for things you did not have and needed still. I felt like I was laughing and actually having fun instead of stressing about things like you normally do. Thirdly, Estelle worked within my budget. I was only looking for say of coordination, and given travel requirements, it was looking like I wouldn’t be able to do the coordinator package. Estelle built a custom package for us so that we could still work within our means. She is an amazing planner and human- you will not regret hiring her!!!! ❤️

We hired Estelle to be our day-of/month-of coordinator for our wedding in May 2026, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our event. Estelle is so kind, down to earth, and so dang good at her job. We didn’t have a coordinator for my sister’s wedding a few years ago, and it was a little chaotic, so I knew we should get a coordinator. We were so lucky to find Estelle because she made our day so care free. We were able to enjoy our day and not stress about the timeline or details because she ensured we were so prepared. She set up several meetings in the months leading up to our wedding and made sure every detail was documented. All of the extra things we added and little changes here and there were all executed perfectly because of Estelle. On the day, she flawlessly made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, worked seamlessly and so well with our other vendors, and even performed surgery on the groom’s boutonniere that fell apart right before pictures. She was prepared for anything!! At our reception, she was like a ninja. She gave us (the bride and groom) little plates with appetizers without us even realizing, got my veil to the right place, and even picked up our cake and made sure it was perfect before we even arrived. I LOVED that I didn’t have to think twice (or even once!) about anything. I was legitimately sad when she left for the night. It was like getting to hang out with a friend all day and have her take such good care of us while our minds were all over the place. I trusted her whole heartedly from the moment of our first call. I could tell she was just as excited for our wedding as we were. She is so on top of everything, so professional, so prepared, and so lovely. I could not have asked for better service and at such a fair price.
