Hi, I’m Maggie! I'll be your go-to wedding day hype woman, detail-tamer, and timeline wrangler. At Events by Magnolia, I step in so you can step back and soak up every moment of your day. You handle the “I do’s.” I’ll handle everything else.

I’m the steady hand in the chaos and the friendly face who keeps things running smoothly. My job? Make sure you’re laughing, dancing, and actually enjoying your wedding day. When you book with me, you get me. Not a random coordinator from a big team. I’ll know your people, your priorities, and how to keep your day perfectly “you.” I’m based in Marshall, MI, and I know the MI wedding scene like the back of my hand, but I’ll happily pack a bag and come wherever your love story takes you.     Maggie is THE BEST

    Maggie was amazing to work with. She made sure there was a plan for everything, including phone calls to help us prepare. We talked every couple of months, and then the last two months as needed. I could text her at any time about anything, and she would respond and help calm my nerves. She was there at the rehearsal to make sure things ran smoothly and help organize so the day of would be a breeze. She arrived the day of before I did and was on top of everything! She had an assistant to help too! Together, they made the venue look amazing even though we had to switch for rain. I never had to worry if we were on schedule or if everyone was where they needed to be because Maggie had it handled. She made it so my mom and I (and my husband) could have fun and focus on the day, not all the little details. Our day would not have gone as well or as organized if it hadn't been for Maggie. She is truly the best, and I cannot recommend her enough!

    The Best!

    Maggie was absolutely incredible to work with. She made our wedding day so easy and was a legit boss. She brought my visions to life and made everything look STUNNING. Hiring her for our coordinator was probably one of the best decisions we could’ve made.

    The Best

    I don’t think I can say enough good things about Maggie. Throughout the entire process, she was there catching little details and really driving in on delivering our dream day. She ran the rehearsal, staged the entire reception, got lightbulbs fixed that were out, moved our ceremony from outdoor to indoor after it was rained out, and she even fixed our cake that got damaged on the drive over. If I had to do it all over again, Maggie would be one of the first people I would hire! I still get a ton of compliments on how great she was to this day! If you’re in the market for a wedding coordinator I recommend booking with Events by Magnolia!

I'm happy to assist with any time of celebration or occasion and can build a custom package based on your needs!
Due to being primarily a one man show, I only work one wedding per weekend so that I can provide you with undivided attention on one of the most important days of your life. I'm there with you from rehearsal, to set up, to tear down, and every moment in between.
Depending on the package you choose, we'll have anywhere from 4-8 planning sessions that last 30 minutes to an hour each leading up to your big day!
