With 15 years of event planning experience, Courtney launched this company to bring unique and thoughtfully crafted experiences to her clients, making their vision for the perfect event attainable. A native of New Jersey, Courtney always had a love of all things lifestyle. Drawn to entertaining from an early age, she developed a passion for creating memorable moments through thoughtful details and personal touches.

    The best

    As a type A person, I knew I needed a planner who could help take a load off of me and help me relax so I could be present. Courtney exceeded my expectations, my only regret is I only hired her for month of services, I should have hired her for the year lol. She came in and took all of my plans and brought them to life. From the exact decor setup I wanted, to family issues - Courtney and her awesome team Kim and Monique handled it all. Her attention to details, patience, and professionalism is unmatched. I had absolutely nothing to do on the wedding day because they took care of it, even at the end of the night we just walked to our hotel all of our stuff was there waiting. I can’t recommend her enough, and already miss her lol!

    Courtney will deliver in ways that you didn’t even know were possible. Our wedding day coincided with a massive sporting event in the area, and we were incredibly stressed about hotel bookings. There were limited options available, and the options we had were expensive. I was concerned that we would not have what we needed for our guests. We shouldn’t have worried as much as we did, because Courtney came to the rescue. She leaned into her experience and relationships to set us up with hotel blocks that we could not have secured on her own. She kept us informed throughout the process, and made our lives so much easier. Hire Courtney for your next event!

    Attentive and Responsive for our Student Group

    We had an outstanding experience working with Courtney as the hotel event coordinator for our Taíno Project field study experience. From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, responsive, and deeply supportive throughout the entire process. Coordinating a multi-day educational travel experience with students, staff, and multiple moving parts requires constant communication and flexibility, and Courtney consistently delivered on both. What stood out most was her availability and reliability. Even while navigating different time zones, she always remained in communication and made sure our questions, adjustments, and needs were addressed quickly and clearly. She helped ensure that logistics ran smoothly so our team could stay focused on the student experience and program goals. Courtney brought a calm and solutions-oriented approach to every interaction. She was proactive, attentive to details, and genuinely invested in helping our group have a successful experience. Her support made a significant difference for our team. I highly recommend Courtney for future educational programs, group travel coordination, conferences, and large-scale events. We are grateful for her partnership and look forward to working with her again in the future

    Amazing Event Consultation

    I found Courtney through a Google search, and I am so glad I did! I was planning a party at an Airbnb for my mother's 70th birthday. I really needed some help and guidance from a professional, and Courtney was amazing! I was able to have a one-hour consultation where she went over everything with me and helped me understand what was important, what I didn't need to worry about, and overall helped me focus my vision. She also provided some really good potential vendors! I ended up not using them because of finances, but they gave me great ideas I was able to create myself! If I ever take on another project like this, I will definitely be contacting her again!

    We found Events Curated by Courtney here on Zola, and thank god we did, so with any luck, you lucky future couples will experience the same cosmic good fortune after reading this. From the very first consult call, Courtney was - and is - INCREDIBLE. She is prompt, communicative, organized; she completely understood our vision and came up with the most creative ways to help us achieve it; she is compassionate, understanding of the complexities and baggage that weddings can bubble up, especially with families; she consistently went above and beyond with the kindest and most thoughtful surprises; she kept both the big picture and the little details in mind at all times; she paced the planning process to minimize our overwhelm; and she has surrounded herself with the most stunning, professional, on-it, heart-forward, wait-I-want-to-be-real-life-friends-with-you-now team. We had about as stress-free a Big Day as possible because we knew Team Courtney was handling EV.ER.Y.THING - including multiple ceremony site changes due to all-day torrential rain. All weekend our guests kept coming up to us to sing her praises... including our Maid of Honor who herself is a professional events planner. THAT'S how you know. Courtney is that rare combination of being quick on the draw when things shift last minute (which they always do) AND calm, cool, and collected. She cares deeply, and she is an emotional anchor when you need it most. The best possible thing you could do for yourself and your wedding is to hire Courtney. She is the real deal.

Yes! I'm the owner and lead planner of Events Curated by Courtney. Alongside me, we have a dedicated team of five experienced on-site coordinators who provide support and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event. Depending on the size and complexity of your celebration, I'll assign the appropriate number of coordinators--typically at least two will be on-site to oversee setup, manage logistics, and handle any last-minute details.
No. We only take on one wedding per day or weekend to ensure that you are our sole focus. This allows us to give you our full attention and provide a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish.
Yes! I plan showers, rehearsal dinners, and more. These can be added on as a la carte services to customize your planning experience.
It depends on the package you choose. I offer everything from full-service planning, where we'll work closely together throughout your engagement, to month-of coordination, which involves fewer meetings leading up to the big day. We'll tailor our time together based on your needs and the level of support you're looking for.
