After planning her own downtown DC wedding in just 2 months, Kaiti Bachman realized that her passion could extend into helping other couples plan the wedding of their dreams. No two weddings are ever the same, and at Everlasting Events by KB, every aspect of wedding planning is tailored to specifically fit the couple's wishes and vision.

At Everlasting Events by KB we believe your wedding should be as unique as your love story. We break free from the cookie cutter approach and individualize every wedding to the couple. Our planning process is built on thoughtfulness, personalization, and crafting a stress free approach to ensure that every moment is a celebration!

Ideal for couples who have already done a majority of their planning or are looking for specific advice, feedback, and guidance. Individually priced 60 minute sessions.

Full service planning includes assistance in planning your entire wedding from top to bottom. This includes curating vendors, budget creation, wedding timelines, and more!

Day-of-Coordination can be added to any planning services or be booked separately. Day-of-Coordination includes everything needed for the day of: three client meetings, a day of timeline, coordination with venue and vendors, and unlimited hours onsite on the wedding day.

    BEST wedding planner you could ever have!!

    Look no further- you have found an amazing wedding planner! Kaiti was with me every step of the way from finding a venue through dropping off my dress at the cleaners post-wedding. Kaiti is responsive, knowledgable, and a delight to work with. My husband and I got married in June 2026 and have talked extensively about how grateful we were for Kaiti's guidance and support during the process. Kaiti helped plan every detail, kept track of payment dates (and sent us reminders!), and remembered every detail about how we wanted our day to go. When it came to our wedding day, we were completely relaxed because we knew Kaiti and her team had everything handled and our wedding day was a dream come true.
