    I had the pleasure of working with Gilded Dreams Events and Design as the florist for one of their recent weddings, and it was such a positive experience. Emily is incredibly professional, organized, and has such a warm, kind personality that makes the entire process feel smooth and collaborative. What really stood out to me was her creative vision. She brought fresh, fun ideas to the table that were thoughtfully customized to the bride and groom, which made the event feel truly unique and personal rather than just another standard wedding. As a florist, that level of creativity is inspiring to work with and makes the design process so much more enjoyable. While our month-of coordination package is our most popular, we offer a range of services to fit whatever level of support you’re looking for—from set-up only to full-service planning. We also offer design-only services and ceremony-only coordination, so you can choose what works best for you!
Our team is made up of five people, and we tailor your wedding day team to fit the needs of your celebration. You can expect at least two assistants alongside your lead planner on the big day, with additional team members for larger or more complex weddings with more moving parts.
Absolutely! We plan a variety of events beyond weddings, including bridal showers, baby showers, and rehearsal dinners. We can also help with the logistics and coordination of events like bachelorette and bachelor parties, so you can enjoy the celebration without having to worry about all the details.
We don’t take on multiple weddings on the same day, though we do occasionally have multiple weddings in the same weekend. No matter what, you can rest assured that on your wedding day, our focus—and our full attention—will be on you and your big day!
Gilded Dreams specializes in out-of-the-box weddings for couples who aren’t afraid to break tradition and create a truly one-of-a-kind experience. We love color, drama, bold details, and leaning into themes—because nothing is inherently “tacky”; it’s all in the execution.
