Hello, I’m Caiti Mae, owner of CW Events! As a Lancaster County native, wife, and dog mom, I bring my love of organization, details, and celebration to every wedding I plan. My journey in the wedding industry began in 2014 after planning my own wedding. Over the years, I gained experience coordinating weddings, supporting events, and learning the many moving pieces that make a wedding day run smoothly. After building that experience and realizing how much I loved helping couples feel supported, I took the leap and created CW Events. I believe every couple deserves to be present and head-over-heels in love with their wedding day. That’s why I’m dedicated to creating organized, one-of-a-kind celebrations that reflect each couple’s love story.

    Best Coordinator Ever

    I truly cannot recommend CW Events enough for any and all of your event coordinating needs, especially wedding planning and coordinating. She is the most level-headed, organized, and knowledgeable person regarding this industry. She was always quick to respond to my questions and provided me with honest feedback. She always ensured that my husband and I had everything we needed for the wedding day. Caiti also ensured that we received the services that were contracted to us through our other various vendors, and when some services fell short, she was quick to step in. She provided solutions for problems before my husband or I even knew they had happened on the wedding day. Caiti at CW events is the woman you want representing you and supporting you throughout your wedding planning process and on the day of your wedding.

    Couldn’t Recommend More

    Working with CW Events was such a relief from start to finish. She was responsive and straightforward to communicate with, which made the planning process feel way less stressful than we expected. She stayed on top of every detail and brought in extra help on the day of our wedding to keep things moving smoothly, from getting our family members where they needed to be to handling all the little logistics we didn't have to worry about. She even drove us down the street for some additional photos so we could get the shots we wanted. For the price, we felt like we got incredible value and honestly couldn't have asked for better service. We'd recommend CW Events to anyone looking for a planner who actually cares about making their day special.

    Amazing experience!

    Everything about our experience working with Caiti was wonderful. Originally, we thought that we could plan the wedding ourselves, but deciding to hire Caiti was the best decision we could have made. We had so much anxiety prior to hiring Caiti, and I remember feeling like such a weight was off our shoulders even after our first call with her. We were nervous about getting everything ready ourselves and she completely put our minds at ease and changed our mindset from being nervous to being excited! Caiti is very prompt with her communication which is extremely appreciated. While in the planning stages, Caiti gave us recommendations for different vendors and advice on how to deal with the vendors. Our venue was not a typical wedding venue, and the owner was difficult to work with at times. Caiti put so much effort into connecting with the owner and ensuring that everything was being prepared correctly. She really made us feel like a priority even though we got married in the busiest season. The itinerary, agenda, templates that Caiti created were so incredibly helpful. The officiant even commented that he had never seen a more organized wedding and that it made his job much easier. And it put our minds at ease seeing exactly how our day would happen. Caiti was a superstar on the actual wedding day and kept everything on track and running smoothly (and that’s hard with over 200 people!). I couldn’t recommend Caiti more for anyone looking for wedding planning or coordination. I will be recommending Caiti to all my friends getting married!

    Amazing planner!!

    Caiti and her assistant planner were truly incredible! From the moment we started working together, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Leading up to the big day, she helped alleviate so much of our stress, especially when a few vendors fell through at the last minute. Her calm and confident approach gave us complete peace of mind. We live out of state from where our wedding was held and she made sure to let us know that she would help wherever she could as she was more local to the venue. On the wedding day itself, she and her team handled everything seamlessly. There were issues I didn’t even know about until after the wedding because she took care of them so efficiently! She was personable, highly organized, and had the perfect level of assertiveness to keep things on track—especially with our 14-person bridal party. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in planning our wedding. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and make your day stress-free, she’s the one!

    Extremely professional and detail oriented!

    Caiti did a phenomenal job as the coordinator for my daughter's wedding! She is extremely professional, helpful, efficient, and creative - addressing details and problems with ease and confidence, making great suggestions, and pulling everything together. We hope to work with Caiti again in the future for any event planning. She is a gem!

Yes! CW Events is supported by a trusted team of coordinators and assistants. Caiti Mae oversees the planning and preparation for every CW Events wedding to ensure the details, timeline, and overall plan are thoughtfully organized. Wedding-day staffing is based on the size and needs of each event and may include a CW Events lead coordinator and additional assistants. Couples will know who their primary wedding-day contact is prior to the event, and the entire team works from the same detailed plan to provide a seamless experience.
CW Events may support more than one wedding or event in a weekend depending on the scope of each event and team availability. Each wedding is carefully staffed and planned so every couple receives the level of attention and support included in their package. Caiti oversees the planning and preparation for every CW Events wedding, while our trusted coordination team helps ensure each celebration is executed according to plan.
The amount of time we spend together depends on the planning package you select and the needs of your wedding. All of our wedding packages include ongoing communication, pre-wedding preparation, a final venue walkthrough, rehearsal support, timeline creation, vendor coordination, and wedding-day management as outlined in your agreement. Partial Planning and Full-Service Planning & Design include additional planning support throughout the process. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported and prepared without adding unnecessary meetings to your schedule.
