The first time I worked as an event coordinator, I knew I had found my calling. In 2022, I followed my heart and began planning weddings, parties, and events as my career and I've never looked back! I have a wandering soul. I was born in Massachusetts, went to college in Vermont, studied abroad in Ireland, struck out to Utah and have now settled down in Southern California. On the weekends when I'm not working, you can find me chasing the last 7 of my bucket list states, exploring our nation's national parks, or hunting for all kinds of treasure - from metal detecting on the beach to sifting through thrift store aisles!
I pride myself in my ability to take your personality and the unique vision you have for your wedding day and infuse that essence into every detail of your day. I want you to see yourself, your partner, and your relationship reflected in your wedding day.

Wedding Planner we would Hire Over and Over Again!
We honestly don’t even know where to start with Rachel because she was so absolutely incredible. We work in and around the wedding industry and have worked alongside countless planners and coordinators over the years, and we can genuinely say Rachel is one of, if not THE best we have ever worked with. From the beginning, she made us feel like we could actually enjoy our wedding instead of feeling like we needed to manage every little detail ourselves. On the wedding day, we never felt stressed, never felt like we needed to check the timeline, and never felt like we had to solve a problem. There were even a few things happening behind the scenes with food and electrical issues, and we barely knew about any of it until afterward because Rachel and her team just handled it. Our timeline stayed on track and the entire day flowed beautifully. What we loved most about Rachel is that she never made us feel like our ideas were too much. We always felt like we could tell her what we wanted and she would figure out how to make it happen. She even coordinated our end of the night drag show, which was something completely different, and she never hesitated. She also went far beyond what we expected. She came to our rehearsal dinner planning to stay briefly and ended up staying for hours, helping us work through details on the farm. She even stayed at the same hotel as us to make things easier, because she also coordinated our Farewell Brunch the day after our wedding! Basically, a full wedding weekend. Then there were all the personal touches. She brought gifts for us and special glasses for our daughters for their flower girl and ring bearer roles. She also brought us Vermont maple syrup because she knew Daniel had lived in Vermont for a while and she was from Vermont too. Those little details made all the difference, making us feel genuinely cared for. One of our favorite moments was the late-night McDonald’s fries. One of our moms had really been looking forward to them, but we had eventually given up on the idea and told Rachel it probably wasn’t going to happen. Somehow, she still found a way to surprise us and have them there. The fact that she remembered something so small and made it happen meant so much to us. Rachel also brought an assistant we didn’t know would be there, and she was amazing. She jumped right in and helped wherever she was needed and was an essential part of the day. Rachel didn’t just coordinate our wedding. She gave us the freedom to actually experience it. We got to be present with each other, our daughters, our family, and our friends without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. She honestly makes us want to get married again just so we can hire her again. MacDonald Farm will absolutely be recommending Rachel and Happily Ever Adventure Co. to other couples. If you are looking for someone who is organized, calm, flexible, hardworking, thoughtful, and who truly cares about your wedding, hire Rachel. She really did help give us our happily ever after.

Incredible Wedding Planning and Coordination
We feel so lucky to have worked with Happily Ever Adventure Co for our wedding- Rachel and her team were incredible. I don’t think we can adequately express what a positive experience we had with a planner and day-of coordinators, but I’ll do my best! As people with pretty much zero experience in event planning, my now-husband and I genuinely could not have done this without Rachel’s guidance, organization, and steady support. Throughout the planning process, Rachel created a space where we felt both supported and excited. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and at times anxiety-inducing, but every meeting left us feeling more prepared, more confident, and more excited for the wedding day. On the wedding day itself, everything came together seamlessly. Trinity and Sean, our day-of coordinators, were exceptional. They worked beautifully together and with our vendors, handled countless details behind the scenes, and made sure everything looked incredible. When we saw the setup, we were honestly blown away. They also went above and beyond in ways both big and small. They made sure we were taken care of throughout the day—checking in, making sure we had food and drinks, even carving out small moments for us to breathe and take it all in—while still giving us the space to fully enjoy our time with our guests. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, which is such a rare balance. They also helped bring personal touches to life, like coordinating with our photographer to ensure we got photos with every guest, and even stepping in with music when we hadn’t finalized playlists (which ended up getting compliments!). They must have been everywhere at once, making everything run smoothly without us ever having to worry. We don’t use the word “perfect” lightly, but our wedding day felt perfect for us. Even months later, we’re still talking about our favorite moments and reliving how joyful everything felt. That’s largely because of the care, effort, and thoughtfulness this team brought to every part of the experience. Rachel consistently went above and beyond—whether it was sharing creative ideas, finding unique items, or helping with details like signage. The team’s dedication, creativity, and genuine investment in making our day special meant the world to us. Working with Rachel and her team in planning/coordinating our wedding was incredible, and we will forever be thrilled with that decision. Happily Ever Adventure Co has our highest recommendation.

Rachel is amazing!
Our small wedding started feeling like it was spiraling a bit so we decided hiring a coordinator would be a good idea. And thank goodness we did! From the moment we connected, we could tell there was no one who would put as much love and care into our wedding as Rachel would. And she sure did! She had a full itinerary built out for us, connected with our other vendors, and made sure we had no lifting to do on the day of. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, Rachel kept everything running smoothly and on time and made sure everything was exactly to our preferences — she even got us out the door right on time and our car packed up for us! I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you so much Rachel!

Happily Booked!
We found Rachel after attending another wedding that she planned and hired her to be our day-of coordinator about 10 months before the wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made - Please book Happily Ever After Adventure Co! THE GOOD: Rachel is incredibly organized! Her pre-wedding google doc timeline & packing list saved my sanity multiple times. One of our other vendors said it was one of the most useful timelines they had ever gotten. Several venue/vendor problems were avoided because she took care of them before the wedding. She had us rehearse all of the small things that could go wrong the day before (antique car entrance, processional, readings, etc) and the ceremony went flawlessly. THE BETTER: Rachel helped us handle all of the small hiccups that happened going into the wedding. Need to re-do the seating chart the day before the wedding because the tables delivered were not the planned size? No problem, she fixed all of the table numbers on the seating chart. The table numbers were nowhere to be found? No problem, Rachel pulled together beautiful table numbers with some extra frames we had. Bustle popped in the middle of the reception? No problem, she had safety pins on her. THE BEST: She took my vision and completely brought it to life, and handled all the details so we could just enjoy. So many of our friends and family commented on how amazing Rachel was! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, largely because of Happily Ever After Adventure Co!

Rachel the Event Planner and Miracle Woman
I knew that Rachel was going to be amazing but she absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. It was really hard planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country but Rachel was the miracle lifeline I needed. When my MIL injured herself the day before the wedding, it was easy to start sliding into a downward spiral of panic but Rachel was there to offer help and reassurance. She handled reorganizing timelines, communication with all of the vendors, and made sure that the day went off without a hitch. The decor, the table settings, the staging, literally everything she did was magic. I cannot express this enough….book Rachel immediately! You can thank me later when you see that she’s an absolute star.
