I want to start by saying that my husband and I had been engaged for close to three and a half years. We had our little boy, life got busy, and wedding planning naturally took a back seat—there was never a rush. When we finally decided it was time to make it official, I sent an inquiry to Tracey, and right away I knew I had made the best decision in choosing our wedding planner. Tracey’s thoughtfulness, communication, passion for what she does, and ability to take all of the stress away truly made the wedding planning process a breeze—which, as the bride, I appreciated more than she knows! Anytime I messaged Tracey, even if plans changed or I altered something I had previously communicated, she always responded with reassurance and never once made me feel like I was a burden. We didn’t meet Tracey until the day of the wedding, which coming from Ohio, we expected—but the miles between us never changed the way she showed up for us. Her communication, support, and dedication were constant from beginning to end. If I could do this all over again in another lifetime, there is no doubt—I would choose Tracey a million times over. Tracey and her team were amazing with this whole process. I was blown away with how beautiful our wedding was. It was absolutely perfect. I reached out to Incredible Beach Weddings pretty last-minute while trying to plan a small, meaningful beach ceremony in St. Croix for my aunt and uncle during a cruise stop. Even though they couldn’t take on our date because they don’t start St. Croix weddings until November 2026, I was genuinely impressed by how kind and helpful they were.
