My mission is to create beautifully planned and thoughtfully executed celebrations that allow my clients to be fully present and truly enjoy their most meaningful moments. Through calm guidance, intentional design, and seamless coordination, Joy Collective Events exists to turn stressful planning into an effortless, joy-filled experience.
At Joy Collective Events, you’re not handed off to a big team — you work directly with me, every step of the way. As a Black-owned, woman-owned planning business, I bring a deeply personal and thoughtful approach to every celebration I touch. Whether you need day-of coordination or full-service planning and design, my services are built to make your event feel calm, organized, and genuinely joyful. I believe your celebration should feel as good as it looks — and my job is to handle the details so you can be fully present and truly enjoy your day.

Professional, organized and so easy to work with
Kindra was incredible to work with from start to finish. During our planning process she was thoughtful, responsive and really took the time to understand the vision we had for our wedding day. She created a detailed timeline, helped us think through logistics we never would have considered and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The day ran smoothly and any small issues that came up were handled so quickly we never even noticed. If you want someone who is calm, organized and genuinely cares about making your day special, Joy Collective Events is the way to go.

Stress Free Wedding Day!
Working with Kindra at Joy Collective Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked day of coordination but what we got was so much more. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she helped finalize our timeline, communicated with our vendors and made sure every details we had planned actually came together. On our wedding day itself, we didn’t have to answer a single question or worry about logistics. Kindra handled everything behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy the day with our friends and family. Our vendors also commented on how organized everything was. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it and hire Kindra!

The best compliment I can give Kindra is that on the day of my wedding, I don’t remember having to do a lot, if any heavy lifting, once she took over. She took over the chaos of a DIY wedding and that is not an easy task. She was able to take control and facilitate the day smoothly. Though her business is newer, she is a clear, consummate professional and knows her stuff. This was very evident during a pre-wedding consultation. Not to be punny- but it was an absolute joy to work with her. She felt like a friend almost immediately. You won’t regret having her in your corner on such a busy and stressful day.

There’s no other coordinator I would have rather had than Kindra ! Let me tell you , she was on point with everything . Everything I didn’t think of she thought and everything I thought of she had already taken care of 🥹 . She took the stress from me and really showed up in every possible way .
