Our wedding day felt absolutely effortless thanks to Sarah. From the very beginning, she was perfectly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure our vision came to life exactly the way we imagined it. She puts so much care into what she does, and it truly shows in every detail. She listened to all of our wishes and executed them flawlessly, allowing us to relax and actually feel like guests at our own wedding — something every couple hopes for but rarely gets to experience. She may be small, but she packs a big punch! Her energy, professionalism, and dedication made such a huge impact on our day. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be on our side, advocating for us and bringing our wedding dreams to life. We had an amazing experience with Sarah as our wedding coordinator and our wedding day went off perfectly logistically. We hired Sarah and her team a year in advance as the wedding coordinator to help the last 3 months before our wedding, but we were able to start seeing benefits from day 1. The portal you gain access to will help you meet deadlines and stay organized with checklists, guest lists, and vendor contracts, etc. Leading up to the hired 3 months, we were still able to communicate via emails and the occasional phone call if a situation called for it. Communication was always quick and helpful. We often got tips on what to look for and what we might be able to add. Most importantly, everything was designed and curated to keep us on track and progressing forward. When Sarah/KWE came on during the last 3 months, the team and portal were great at communicating deadlines and responsibilities. Seating, food, decorations, etc; everything was organized to make the wedding day easy and it paid off. The wedding day went so seamless. Our wedding size was 82 and there were no issues that came up. At least that we were aware of and that’s the point. The entire experience was great and I have nothing but gratitude towards Sarah and KWE for making our day seamless and unforgettable.

From the moment I discovered Sarah’s website, I knew she was the one to bring our vision to life. The only question was whether she could take us on with such short notice — and I’m forever grateful she did. Our wedding truly wouldn’t have happened without her!! When it came time to plan, Sarah’s organization and attention to detail blew us away. She’s created an incredible suite of digital tools complete with vendor booking timelines, budget trackers, side-by-side vendor comparisons, and even thoughtful prompts for adjacent events like the rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch. Thanks to her structure and regular check-ins, we always knew exactly where we were in the process and what was coming next. Most importantly, Sarah made our wedding feel uniquely ours. We came to her with lots of questions and half-formed ideas about how to make the day feel authentic to us, and she supported us every step of the way. She took our vision and turned it into something beautiful, seamless, and deeply personal. On the day of, Sarah and her team managed the entire day from set up to tear down and everything in between, enabling us to be in the moment and soak up all the love with our friends and family! After stressing about how to plan a wedding for over a year, we are incredibly happy with how our day turned out and cannot thank Sarah enough!
