Hey there! I’m Bridgette, and I’ve spent over 10 years immersed in the magic of weddings. From intimate elopements to grand celebrations with hundreds of guests, I bring passion, precision, and heart to every event. What fuels me most is the diversity of love stories — each one deserves a ceremony and a celebration that feels personal, authentic, and joyfully unforgettable. I offer both day-of coordination and officiant services, working closely with couples to ensure their vision is flawlessly executed & backed by a team of professionals.
You’ll have full access to me via phone, text, email, Zoom, or in-person consults, so every detail feels seen and honored. I’ve officiated hundreds of weddings, and while you won’t catch me in many photos, that's because I keep the spotlight where it belongs: on you. | Description | If you are looking for someone to help coordinate for the ceremony only, this package is for you. It includes coverage the day of for one hour, rehearsal management, and coordination with all of the venders one month prior to the event. | Prices range depending on the couples needs. If you are looking for a destination wedding, please contact us directly at 352-665-7250. See our website for pricing but note a travel fee may apply depending on the destination location. | If you are looking for a wedding officiant, my prices vary between $199-299. Simple ceremonies not including a bridal party coordination or rehearsal and using a pre created script is $199+tax. Ceremonies which include a bridal party, rehearsal, rehearsal coordination, customized script, hand fasting or other additional elements, and/or cosplay is $299+tax. |

Perfect Coordination
Bridgette was an absolute lifesaver when it came to planning, rehearsal, and day-of coordination. Her attention to detail truly made our day as beautiful as possible. If anything went wrong on my day, I had no idea because she handled everything! She is so kind and cares about you and your day. Her assistant coordinator, Gabby was also amazing and so ready to help do whatever was needed. So many things we did not think of, they took care of. I could not recommend this company, and Bridgette Gabby more!

Sergio performed a beautiful wedding ceremony for us! The process was clear and easy, which helped to make wedding planning a little less intense. The rehearsal day went smoothly, and it was helpful to have a little extra practice time. Sergio included details of our love story, and created a religious ceremony script for us that really captured our relationship beautifully. Would highly recommend!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant than Sergio and the team at Marry Me Moments! Sergio and his wife, Bridgette, made the process easy and personal. Bridgette handled the coordination and gathered information before the wedding, and together they put that into a beautiful narrative telling our love story. Noelle stepped in to lead our rehearsal the night before, and she did a great job, especially with it being a last-minute arrangement. On our wedding day, Sergio brought warmth, personality, and just the right energy to the ceremony. And the way he rolled his R’s when saying Leslie’s abuela’s name? Like a G. 🔥🔥🔥 Such a memorable touch! We’re so glad we chose Marry Me Moments and would absolutely recommend them—10/10! —The Calders
