My name is Marie🌿 After years of coordinating for one of the top wedding venues in Spokane, I decided to start Memento Coordinating to work more closely with my couples and tackle wedding planning logistics with a more personable approach. Even if you are planning your own wedding, I still believe you deserve a trusted professional to offload the wedding checklist onto, so you get to actually enjoy your Big Day. I have a decade of customer service experience, as well as professional venue coordinating, wedding catering, and several managerial positions. When it came to planning my own wedding, I spent a whole year researching weddings from the Bride's perspective and now, I have a head full of tips and tricks to share with you from both sides. I offer a fresh, low-pressure perspective on wedding planning. We can stick to the wedding traditions or throw them all away! I encourage all of my couples to throw a wedding that feels like themselves, because that's what we're all really here for.

    Best Coordinator!

    I truly cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she was confident, professional, organized, and so much fun to work with. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She thought of things I never would have even considered and planned every aspect of our day so meticulously. She was always willing to offer advice, share her opinions, and make thoughtful suggestions to make our day even more special. So many of our guests complimented how on top of everything she was and how helpful and amazing she was throughout the day. You can genuinely tell how much she loves what she does and how much care she puts into making each couple’s wedding day special. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so grateful for all her hard work in making it so perfect! If you’re looking for a coordinator who will go above and beyond and make you feel like you’re in the best hands, look no further. I would recommend her a million times over!

    best choice EVER

    We got married August 2025 and Marie delivered the best service! Before the wedding she helped me with so many things including timeline and communicate with all my vendors! Day of we were on cloud 9! Even if something went wrong we had no idea and everything was taken care of and dealt with. Honestly took so much stress off our shoulders knowing someone had it taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about anything!! Marie made our special day run so smoothly and I’m so grateful to have found her services!! I highly recommend hiring memento coordinating for your special day!!

No more than 2 per weekend

Yes! Every wedding is different. I will work closely with you to adjust my services to best fit your needs.
I live in Spokane, WA. But I serve all of WA and Northern ID.
Yes, for most weddings outside of Spokane county. The quote will be customized from location to location. However, I have places to stay all across WA, so the fee is typically just gas coverage. Typically less than $200.
