I am a lifetime Central Coast resident, born and raised in Templeton. I have spent most of my career in the hospitality industry. It wasn't until I started a job in catering management that I realized I had a passion for weddings. I continued doing catering management for 2 years, and then I started assisting all of my favorite wedding planners for 2 years. Most recently I landed a job in Venue Management and that is when I knew I wanted my own wedding planning business. In my free time I love to go hiking, lift weights and spend time with my family, including our 4 rescue pups. I look forward to meeting you!

I believe wedding planning should feel joyful, organized and completely you. With a calm, detailed driven approach, I help couples turn their ideas into seamless beautiful celebrations from the first planning call to the last dance.

Description	My full service planning includes a complimentary 1 hour consultation to understand your vision, preference and overall style. Help with creating your wedding budget and timeline. Vendor recommendations, contacting and negotiating with vendors, and coordinating with all vendors to ensure a perfect wedding day. Rehearsal coordination, full on-site coordination day of, and post wedding follow up.	Complimentary 1 hour consultation to understand your current planning status and overall vision. Review any existing contracts, decisions and plans made so far. Vendor recommendation and assistance. Coordination with all contracted vendors. Wedding timeline and checklist. Create detailed wedding day timeline, and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to ensure you are on track.	This package is perfect for a couple who wants to be fully hands on up until 3 months of the wedding day. That is where I come in and tie up any loose ends and put the perfecting touches on.

Sara is DREAM to work with!!
We hired Sara as a day of coordinator, but she does SO much more than that! I’ll admit that I was nervous about hiring a planner—we were looking for guidance and advice, but had done most of the planning ourselves (booked almost all our vendors, worked on our own designs, had been navigating contracts and pricing ourselves, etc.), and Sara picked up right where we needed her to. She is so sweet and so communicative, and she’s familiar with so many vendors/venues/contacts (even outside SLO!) that we knew we were in good hands. She gave such good advice and asked the right questions, and I cannot emphasize how grateful we are to have had her on our team! She was quick, efficient, and totally behind the scenes on the wedding day (so much so that I was sad I didn’t get to see her more!), and she even helped to expertly safety pin my bustle up after my husband accidentally stepped on my dress. Sara truly, truly went to bat for us—when our venue realized that our ceremony space had been double booked 2 months out, she was on calls with our venue and the other couple’s planner constantly. We’ll always be so grateful for how hard she fought for us and made sure we were getting what we paid and planned for, and she was able to be the “tough guy” (I can’t emphasize that Sara is the NICEST PERSON EVER) on our behalf so we didn’t have to fight our venue. Sara was always quick with recommendations, and has so many great templates and ideas. She made sure to know what our priorities were and we always felt like she was on the same page with us. I really appreciate that we could have honest and constructive conversations with her when there was friction with the venue or family, and she always had the perfect advice. She also has the cutest, sweetest little dogs that you might get the chance to meet! All around, Sara made our wedding day feel so effortless and so special, and we can’t thank her enough!! 3

Literally the BEST
Sara was our wedding planner and did such an amazing job! From start to finish, her communication was excellent. She was responsive, organized, and always made sure we knew what was happening throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Sara did a great job executing everything and keeping things moving smoothly. Having someone we could trust to handle all the details took so much stress off of us and allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We’re so grateful for all the time, effort, and care she put into making our wedding special. We would absolutely recommend Sara to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Sara is the BEST
Sara is hands down the best wedding planner out there! We could not have asked for a more hands-on, knowledgeable planner for our special day. From the start, she was extremely responsive and on top of everything. She even started working with us before we had committed to her services by sending venue recommendations. We felt so safe in Sara's capable hands! She makes you feel like you're the only couple she's working with - her response time is unmatched and she remembered every little detail for our wedding. She went above and beyond to plan our welcome dinner, too! Sara also recommended incredible vendors who were just as amazing as she is! Sara made sure we were able to enjoy our wedding day with no stress. She ran a tight ship with all of the vendors and made sure the guest experience was nothing short of spectacular, while leaving us out of the nitty-gritty details. She was so attentive to us on our wedding night, always offering to get us a drink when our glasses were looking empty and making sure we ate enough. She also let us take our time enjoying our wedding, even if it meant a last minute change of plans! We seriously could not recommend Sara's services enough!!

Fantastic experience
We got married on the 15th of August in 2026 with Sara as our planner/coordinator. With her direction, the entire experience went smoothly and flawlessly! She kept us on schedule the entire day, and wrangled all of the various vendors. On top of all of that, Sara was instrumental when only 8 months before the wedding our original venue canceled on us - She went above and beyond the call of duty and was the first person to notify us when it happened. Sara was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and her familiarity with the entire wedding process kept us calm through all the planning and execution. We would whole heartedly recommend Sara to any couples getting married! Thank you, Sara!

Best Wedding Coordinator we could've asked for!
From the very beginning Sara was so attentive to each detail we requested and transparent on what would work best. She had a great understanding of our venue and helped our vision come to life.
