Our Full-Service Wedding Planning package provides expert guidance from start to finish. We manage your budget, vendors, design, timeline, logistics, and every wedding day detail, creating a seamless planning experience. From your first consultation to your final send-off, we'll bring your vision to life so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment.

Partial wedding planning services, including planning guidance, vendor coordination, timeline development, logistics management, and day-of coordination support. This service is designed for couples who have begun planning but need expert assistance to finalize details and ensure a seamless wedding day.

Our Day-of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Beginning 30–90 days before your wedding, we'll finalize logistics, confirm vendor details, create your wedding day timeline, coordinate your rehearsal, and manage every aspect of your wedding day so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

Our Wedding Management package is designed for couples who already have a day-of coordinator included through their venue but want additional support to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed. We'll create a customized wedding timeline, coordinate logistics, organize vendor details, and provide planning guidance leading up to your wedding. This service ensures your coordinator has a clear plan to follow .

    Wedding of my dreams!!

    From our first conversation with Vow & Co. Weddings, we knew we had found the right planner for our day. The team communicated quickly and kept everything organized from start to finish, which made the entire process stress-free. Our winery venue had tight setup windows, but she didn't just focus on her own team—she coordinated with all our vendors to make sure everyone stayed on schedule and nothing fell behind. With 250 guests, there were a lot of moving parts, yet every detail came together flawlessly on the day. Her hard work and eye for detail showed in every moment, and our wedding felt effortless because of her behind-the-scenes hustle. We can't recommend Vow & Co. Weddings enough.

    Wedding Coordination

    Working with Vow & Co. Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, they were fast to respond and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They handled all vendor communication and solved unexpected problems behind the scenes so we didn't have to stress about the details. As much time as you need! But seriously, all of our packages come with unlimited email communication. Depending on your package, we plan to meet regularly as well. On your wedding day we are typically on site between 8-10 hours depending on your venue and when they allow vendors on site.
Never on the same day! We want you to have our full attention on your big day :)
We do! Other services we offer are honeymoon planning, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal parties, and more!
Yes! You will always had a lead coordinator and an assistant (or 2) on site for your wedding day. Most of the time it will be me as your lead coordinator on your wedding day. From your inquiry to your wedding day, you work with me the whole way.
This is a service we offer when you already have a day of coordinator (like a friend or family), we help plan and coordinate your wedding and timeline so that it is completely ready to hand off to your day of coordinator.
We utilize a portal that our clients can also use for free. It allows us to keep everything organized and collaborate together to bring your vision to life.
