Every wedding I plan is approached with the same care, consideration, and attention I would give if it belonged to someone I love. That philosophy shapes every recommendation I make from the biggest decisions to the smallest details. My background is in hospitality, so creating experiences where people feel welcomed and cared for has always been at the heart of what I do. I bring that same mindset to every wedding, helping couples navigate the planning process with guidance they can trust and creating celebrations that feel genuine, meaningful, and entirely their own.
I don't believe there is one "right" way to plan a wedding. Some couples love tradition. Others want something completely unexpected. My role isn't to steer you toward one vision; it's to help you create a celebration that reflects who you are while making the planning process feel supported from beginning to end.

Danielle is the best!
We hired Danielle to be our wedding day coordinator and it was the best decision we could have made. She was so organized, always replied to emails and questions promptly, and was very professional throughout the entire process. Before our wedding, she helped us make decisions and provided guidance. She created the entire timeline with our venue and made everything happen perfectly. Amazing - thank you!!!

Recommending Danielle to everyone I know!
THANK YOU DANIELLE! We could not have pulled off the most perfect day without her. I have been recommending her to all of my friends in the wedding planning stage because she so beyond worth it. Me and my husband think so highly of Danielle because she made planning easy, relaxing, and fun, which is not the experience many of my friends have had. Most importantly, she made sure the wedding ran so smoothly that my husband and I could be fully in the moment and enjoy every second of our wedding. We did not have to lift a finger! For the type A people debating if they could relinquish planning to someone else...let this be your sign that you can and should! I typically plan everything (trips into PowerPoints with rain plans, alternate forms of transportation, etc) so I was worried having a planner would be hard for me. I could not have been more wrong. Danielle does so much work behind the scenes and is so proactive that I knew I could fully relax. I am so grateful we hired her. I had complete confidence she had every detail and its plan b planned. She is a great communicator and you can tell she loves what she does. All the vendors at my wedding (photographer, makeup artists, venue coordinator, etc) had commented about how Danielle was so on top of everything, communicated well & early, went above and beyond compared to any other planner they had ever worked with. So this review is both from very happy customers and very happy wedding vendors. Danielle was very easy to connect with and kept it real. If she thought something wasn’t a good idea, not worth it, etc she would tell you and that’s how she quickly built trust and made sure we stayed within budget. On the day of the wedding we had two big issues come up (not her fault) and I did not even bat an eye because I knew Danielle was on it. First issue was the hotel had given one of our suites up for getting ready in. In less than an hour, we had keys to both of the suites we had booked. Our shuttle for the wedding also did not show up. Luckily, guests were able to get to the venue. In the background, Danielle was finding alternative options for transportation. At the end of the night the shuttle showed up and she ensured they not only brought people back to the hotel and after party, but also back from the after party when the bar closed. After the wedding, we was able to get us a refund after HOURS of calling the shuttle company. Danielle is someone who will go to bat for you, has years of experience, and is so good she even had a Type A bride feel totally relaxed on the wedding day. Thank you for everything!

Outstanding
There are no words for how instrumental Danielle was to our wedding day. From the very first time we spoke to the end of our wedding day, Danielle was ahead of the game and so on top of everything. It felt like she pulled the hazy vision from our heads, waved her magic wand, and made it come to life. If anything went even slightly wrong on the day of, we didn’t know about it because she had it beyond handled. We genuinely could not have dreamed up a better day, and we couldn’t have made it all come together without her. Between the timeline creation, vendor coordination, inside jokes, and just being an overall voice of reason- we were well taken care of by Danielle and would hire her over and over again if we could.

From our first conversation with Danielle at Solstice Planning Studio, we knew we had made the right choice. She worked with us for months before the wedding to organize every detail and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. As the big day got closer, Danielle handled all the vendor communication and follow-ups so we didn't have to stress about anything. On our wedding day, she was there from setup to breakdown, managing every moment and keeping us calm when unexpected things like massive wind came our way. Danielle was a pleasure to work with and helped us create the day we had always imagined. We cannot recommend Solstice Planning Studio highly enough.

Danielle Crump: The Best There Is
Working with Solstice Planning Studio made all the difference for our wedding day. Since we did a lot of DIY elements, there was so much coordination needed behind the scenes, and Danielle handled every detail flawlessly. She managed all our vendors, coordinating pickups and drop-offs so seamlessly that we didn't have to think about it once. Her responsiveness and accuracy kept us feeling supported throughout the entire process, and honestly, without her I would have been a nervous wreck. Instead, I got to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I trusted she had everything under control. The peace of mind she gave us was truly priceless, and we can't recommend her enough.
