Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and have done over 50 weddings in the last three seasons. I was a teacher for 11 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also ran the hospitality committee at my school. Most importantly, I'm a mom of two amazing, little humans and a wife to a supportive husband. I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. In 2023, I took a leap and started my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate. I am also a venue coordinator part-time.
I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills, and have spent the last 2 seasons working as a part-time venue coordinator so I have the ability to see a wedding from multiple perspectives. I love planning events and especially weddings!

The day of coordinator you need!
We hired Kaileigh as a day of coordinator for our September wedding and can’t recommend her and her team enough. She is professional, kind, thorough and relaxed. And had the exact energy and experience we were seeking in a day of coordinator. On our wedding day/weekend, Kaileigh and her team made sure the vision we had for our day was executed flawlessly. In the lead up to the wedding she helped us create a detailed timeline (which several vendors commented was one of the most thorough timelines they’d seen), and took over communication with all of our vendors. On the wedding day, she helped us and all of our vendors set up, throughout the day she kept us on schedule while allowing us to be flexible based on how the day went and how we were feeling, and she checked in with us and our families to see how we were doing throughout the night. With Kaileigh’s support we were able to be completely present and fully enjoy our wedding day, trusting she had everything under control (because she did!). We had several unexpected events in the lead up to our wedding and Kaileigh helped us navigate it all with positivity, understanding and grace. She clearly cares about the couples she works with and cares to do her best work for them. We couldn’t recommend her more!

I truly cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She communicated seamlessly with all of our vendors, helped keep everyone on the same page, and made the entire planning process so enjoyable and stress-free. She was always approachable, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our invitations! What stood out to me the most was how much she genuinely cared. On our wedding day, she made me feel like I was her top priority and ensured everything ran smoothly so I could relax and truly enjoy every moment. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything organized gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made it such a positive and enjoyable experience. I am so grateful we had her by our side, and I honestly couldn’t imagine our day without her! As a wedding planner myself I wasn't sure I wanted to hire a coordinator for our destination brunch wedding in Maine, but I will forever be grateful that I did. Even in our first conversation, it was evident that Kaileigh genuinely cares about the quality of her work and her couples. Amazing Coordinator!!
Kaileigh and her team were nothing short of amazing!! I utilized her day of coordination services and Kaileigh was on top of everything starting 8 weeks out. She communicated with vendors, always checked in with me, and listened to all my wants/needs! Shelby was my lead coordinator for the day of and she was incredible. Not many people can say this, but not one thing went wrong on my wedding day!! The team executed everything perfectly and my guests all had a great time. I could not recommend this team enough!
