After working as a day of wedding coordinator as an independent consultant for 4 years, Mandy's passion for weddings came to fruition in 2017 when Breathe Easy Events was born! Where does her experience come from? Prior to starting her own business, she managed over 100 corporate events - leading events ranging from 10 to 400 people all over the US. She has 10+ years experience working with venues, room layouts, A/V, food & beverage, rentals, flowers, transportation, budgets and more. Mandy's friendly personality, amazing attention to detail, and ability to think on her feet will make sure your day is an unforgettable one!
At Breathe Easy Events, we pride ourselves on personalized service. We take the time to get to know you (the full picture, not only wedding related details - tell us about your pets, your recent vacation, your family, your favorite beverage or ice cream flavor). Breathe Easy Events - Simply The Best
Mandy was absolutely incredible throughout our entire wedding planning process. From finding the right vendors to crafting our timeline to keeping track of even the smallest details, she guided us every step of the way and helped bring our vision for the wedding to life. On the day of our wedding, she was truly amazing. She seemed to always be exactly where she was needed, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes — and, most importantly, making sure we saw none of the logistics. We were able to simply be present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with our family and friends without worrying about a thing. I truly felt like a princess — I floated through the night without a single worry that someone needed something, which in real life, as a bride, you almost always do. It was a completely logistics-free day, and that allowed me to spend all my time with our guests instead of managing details. Our wedding turned out to be even better than we could have imagined. The room was beautiful, our guests were happy, everyone danced all night long, and looking back, we honestly couldn't think of a single thing we would have changed. Mandy played such a huge part in making that possible. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us, and we would recommend her without hesitation.

Breathe Easy indeed!
Working with Breathe Easy Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, we knew we had found someone who truly cared about making our day special - she collects invites from the weddings she coordinates. Mandy was incredibly responsive to texts and emails at any hour, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, her detailed minute-by-minute schedule kept everything running smoothly, and when other vendors inevitably fell off track, she adjusted on the fly without missing a beat. What really stood out was how organized and experienced she was. Mandy caught contract issues before they became problems and made sure all our setup requirements were exactly right. She made us feel comfortable and supported and somehow kept us to task without making us feel like we were under pressure. She had such a positive attitude the whole time and loved meeting our dog Tilly. We couldn't have asked for a better planner.

Mandy was incredible to work with, and we’re so glad we had her as our day-of coordinator. She was helpful not only on the wedding day itself, but throughout the planning process leading up to it. We got married in June at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club in Portsmouth, NH, and Mandy’s familiarity with the venue was a huge help. She knew the space and the onsite coordinators extremely well, which made everything feel even more seamless. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the day! We highly recommend Mandy to anyone considering working with her!

The Best Wedding Coordinator!
Mandy was truly one of the best parts of our wedding experience. She was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and made everything feel so much less stressful. We always felt like we could count on her, and she made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Honestly, one of the hardest parts of the night was saying goodbye to her!
