Hi, I’m Ashley, founder of The Ivory Arbor Co. With over a decade in fine dining hospitality and more than five years coordinating all things wedding, I’ve built my career around creating exceptional experiences. Leading teams in fast-paced environments taught me to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, anticipate needs, and pay close attention to every detail. Today, my passion is creating seamless, stress-free wedding days so you can be fully present, soak in every moment, and simply enjoy celebrating your love story.

    Ashley literally saved my wedding day

    From the moment we first met Ashley, we knew we were in good hands. She was so warm, personable, and genuinely excited about our wedding. She made the entire process enjoyable and never made us feel like our questions or ideas were too much. She really took the time to understand what we envisioned and what mattered most to us. On the wedding day, Ashley was absolutely amazing. She was everywhere she needed to be without ever making us feel like we were being rushed or micromanaged. She caught the smallest details, kept everyone on schedule, communicated with are vendors, and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead. Even when something unexpected came up, she handled it calmly and already seemed to have a backup plan ready to go! What I appreciated most was how much fun she was to have around. She brought such positive energy to the day while still being incredibly professional and attentive. We were able to relax, celebrate, and actually enjoy our wedding because we knew Ashley was taking care of everything behind the scenes. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making there wedding day special.

    We couldn’t ask for more!!

    Ashley was such a fun and wonderful person to have by our side throughout our wedding! She was incredibly attentive and somehow managed to notice all the little details that the rest of us overlooked. What impressed me most was that she always seemed to have a backup plan—or a backup plan for the backup plan lol. She kept everything moving, handled unexpected moments with ease, and brought such a positive energy to the entire day. Having someone who was both incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely fun made such a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!

    I’m the happiest bride!!!

    Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! What I loved most was that she never made me feel like I was “just another bride.” She took the time to understand what was important to us and somehow managed to keep everything moving without making the day feel rushed or overly structured. There were so many little moments throughout the day where I caught myself thinking “Ashley has this” and that gave me the freedom to put my phone away and soak it all in. The sooner, the better! Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, but I also welcome last-minute inquiries based on availability.
A day-of coordinator is there to oversee the logistics of your wedding so you don’t have to. I’ll manage your timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate the ceremony and reception, solve any unexpected issues, and keep everything running smoothly so you can simply enjoy your day.
We’ll stay in touch throughout your planning process, with more detailed coordination beginning as your wedding day approaches. We will have a six month follow up, a one month follow up, and a two week final meeting before the big day. That’s when we’ll review your timeline, vendor information, décor plans, and all the important details to make sure everything is in place.
Absolutely! I’ll communicate with your vendors before your wedding to confirm timelines, logistics, and expectations so everyone is on the same page.
Yes! Rehearsal coordination is available as an addition to your package for $250. I’ll guide the wedding party through the ceremony processional, recessional, and timing to help everyone feel confident before the big day.
Yes! I offer additional décor setup services so your carefully planned vision is brought to life exactly as you’ve imagined. I can also handle breakdown at the end of the evening, depending on your package.
My packages include a set number of coordination hours. If additional coverage is needed, extra hours can be added based on availability.
Yes! I’m based in Central Florida and happily travel throughout the state. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside my standard service area.
That’s exactly why I’m there! Weddings rarely go exactly according to plan, and my job is to handle any unexpected situations behind the scenes so you and your guests can continue enjoying the celebration without added stress.
I intentionally limit the number of weddings I accept so every couple receives the attention, communication, and personalized service they deserve.
I accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments for your convenience.
If your wedding date changes, I’ll do my best to accommodate the new date based on availability. If I’m available, your retainer will transfer to the new date. If not, the terms outlined in your contract will apply.
