As the owner and lead planner, Stephanie's passion and purpose is to live life to the fullest, and let her clients enjoy their day without the stress of planning and execution. She wants you to enjoy the little moments that you will remember for the rest of your lives.

| Description | We walk through the wedding process together every step of the way. I will have an initial design meeting with you to determine all the details from budget to venue and color schemes. I will be that person you call/text more than your best friend during this time. If we are the right match, then you will look back on your wedding planning experience with joy rather than regret for what you missed or wish you had done. | Whether it be the fjords of Norway or the island of Santorini, we will gather and manage all aspects of the planning and execution to make your wedding an unforgettable one. We LOVE Stephanie!
I genuinely don't even know where to begin with this review because there are not enough words to express how incredible Stephanie and her team are. If you are planning a wedding, PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire her. I cannot stress enough how much of a difference she made in our entire wedding experience! My sister got married in June and used Stephanie's services, and after seeing her in action that day, I hired her for my own wedding on the spot. It was hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. I am an extremely Type A, organized person, and somehow Stephanie managed to be even MORE organized than me. From the moment we started working together, I knew we were in the absolute best hands. She thought of everything, coordinated with all of our vendors, stayed on top of every little detail, and made the entire process feel completely effortless. We genuinely never had to worry about a single thing because we knew Stephanie had it covered. One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable she made me feel throughout the process. I could ask her absolutely anything, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, and I knew she would have an answer. She was always so reassuring, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with. To put into perspective just how much I trusted her, I was feeling a little stressed on the way to our rehearsal the night before the wedding and literally turned to my husband and said, "I think I just need to see Stephanie and then I'll be fine." And that really sums it up. Just knowing she was there made everything feel better! Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT. Everything was seamless from beginning to end, and we were able to be completely present and enjoy every single moment without worrying about a thing. That is entirely thanks to Stephanie, Lisa, and Kayla, who worked so hard behind the scenes to make it all happen. We absolutely LOVE Stephanie and her team and genuinely cannot imagine having gone through this experience without them. They went above and beyond in every possible way, and we will forever be grateful for everything they did for us. I truly cannot recommend Stephanie enough. If you are even considering hiring her, DO IT. You will not regret it for a second. We owe so much of our perfect day to her!!

There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for everything Stephanie and her team did for us. From the very beginning of the planning process through the final moments of our wedding day, she exceeded every expectation we had—and then some. She and her team anticipated needs before we even realized we had them, solved problems before they ever reached us, and somehow made an event with countless moving parts feel completely effortless. We were able to be fully present on our wedding day because we never had to worry about a single detail. We knew everything was being handled, and it absolutely was. More than anything, she took incredible care of us as a couple. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and made us feel like the only two people in the room. Her calm presence, professionalism, and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. The day flowed more perfectly than we ever imagined, and that's entirely because of the work happening behind the scenes. Every vendor knew where to be, every transition happened seamlessly, and every little detail we had envisioned came to life flawlessly. We didn't have to think about logistics once—we just got to soak in every moment with our family and friends. Our guests repeatedly commented on how smoothly everything ran, and while they saw a beautiful wedding, we know it was because of the incredible person orchestrating it all. Hiring her wasn't just one of the best wedding decisions we made—it was the best decision we made. She gave us the priceless gift of actually experiencing our wedding day instead of managing it. We would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares, goes above and beyond in every possible way, and delivers absolute perfection.

Forever Grateful for Steph
There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Steph!!! My husband and I hired her for the Month of Coordination service for our June 2024 wedding. About 3 months prior to the wedding, we needed some additional planning/consulting help and Steph was our girl. Steph was able to prioritize what we needed to do and identified logistical concerns that we never would have thought of. She is calm, confident and organized, which is exactly what my pre-wedding/decision fatigued brain needed. The month leading up to the wedding was incredibly seamless with her help. She took on all contact with the venue and vendors so my husband and I could focus on other responsibilities. When it came to the day before/day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way - from coordinating our rehearsal to bustling my dress. The night was so much fun and easy and it is all because of Steph and her team. Easily the best decision we made was having Steph a part of our wedding!! Additionally, her content creation was an amazing bonus to the Month of Coordination package. My husband and I did not hire a videographer but we do not feel like we’re missing out because of the content she captured of the entire day!!

Stephanie Tee went above and beyond
Stephanie was beyond amazing as our day-of planner. We first met her at my sister’s wedding, where she did such an incredible job that we knew we had to have her for our own. From the start, Stephanie made us feel completely at ease. She promised to be like our best friend and sister rolled into one on our wedding day, and she absolutely delivered. She took care of every little detail and handled any issues before they even reached us. Throughout the planning process, Stephanie kept in regular contact, helping us stay organized and on track. The outline she had us create was a real game-changer, making us think about details we would have otherwise missed. During the entire weekend, Stephanie was not just super prepared and on top of everything, but also friendly and fun. She meshed so well with our bridal party and guests. We can’t thank her enough for all she did. If you’re planning an event, you definitely want Stephanie on your team!

Your advocate all day every day
Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.
