    Working with Willow & Honey Weddings, specifically Chelsey, made the wedding day feel completely stress-free and special. She stayed by our side the entire time, fixing my dress about 10-15 times without anyone noticing because she was so quick and thoughtful about it. When rain forced us to change our plans last minute, Chelsey handled all the setup while we got ready and enjoyed the moment together. Instead of a stressful day, it turned out beautiful because of her problem-solving and care. Chelsey's direct communication and empathy made us feel supported every step of the way. We're so grateful for everything she did, and I'd recommend her 100% to any couple planning their wedding.

    AMAZING!!

    Chelsey and her husband were amazing!! I just started talking with Chelsey 2 weeks before my wedding because I didn’t think I needed a coordinator, but I couldn’t have done it without them! My day wouldn’t have been the same. It was so seamless and easy for me. I got to sit back and enjoy my favorite people while they worked everything out. I had all the rain and hiccups you could imagine but I didn't have to stress about a single thing. My wedding turned out better than I could’ve imagined and I owe all the credit to them. They are like family and some of the most amazing people I have ever met!!

Absolutely! Willow & Honey Weddings is based in Shelbyville, Kentucky, but I happily travel throughout Kentucky and surrounding states, including Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and beyond! I also welcome destination weddings and elopements. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and I’m always happy to discuss those details upfront.
Yes! I understand that weddings are a significant investment, and I want planning support to be as accessible as possible. I offer flexible payment plans to help couples spread out their payments. A 50% retainer is typically required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.
Yes! Wedding rehearsal coordination is included in my wedding management and planning packages. I’ll help everyone understand where they need to be, when to walk, and what to expect so your ceremony runs smoothly.
We always have a Plan B! While we hope for beautiful weather, I believe it’s important to prepare for the unexpected. I’ll work with you and your vendors to develop a backup plan so that, regardless of what Mother Nature decides, your day can still be beautiful. I’ve coordinated weddings where rain required last-minute adjustments, and keeping everyone calm and organized is always my priority!
Yes! Setup, decorating assistance, breakdown, and cleanup can be added to your package depending on your needs. We’ll discuss exactly what you’d like help with during your consultation so everything is clearly outlined ahead of time.
I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured! Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once your contract is signed and retainer is received. I’m currently welcoming inquiries for 2027 and 2028 weddings!
