About this venue
Juliet is a French-ish restaurant in Union Square, Somerville, with 10 years in business on Washington St. A balance of casual neighborhood spot and elevated destination restaurant. We love to gather folks around the table to share a meal.

The space features a large bar as you enter the space. There are banquets along the length of the restaurant that are sectioned to provide a cozy feel.

Excellent Rehersal Dinner Spot!
Juliet was the perfect setting for our rehearsal dinner! We used their private space next door, which has both indoor and outdoor areas — we started with cocktails and snacks on the patio, then moved inside for a family-style dinner. Having both spaces was really nice in the summer weather made the night amazing. The food, as always, was outstanding, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. We also have to give a huge shoutout to the staff. Avery took wonderful care of our entire group all night. Her service was attentive, warm, and made everyone feel so well looked after. Communication and setup up with Katie was very clear and easy, too! Juliet has become one of our favorite places in the Boston area (the burger is to die for!) and has been the backdrop for many special nights for us over the years. Thank you to the whole team for another great evening!

Union in Union wedding with Dearly & Juliet
We chose the Union in Union package with Juliet and Dearly Studio, and were so happy with our wedding day from start to finish! They were responsive throughout the entire planning process, and helped catch all the small details. On the day itself, the staff set up the annex space beautifully for both our ceremony and dinner reception, and the flow of service was seamless. The food was delicious, and the space was cozy and intimate. It felt effortless, which is a credit to both teams.

Perfect venue for an intimate city wedding
Juliet was the perfect venue for our small, intimate city wedding reception. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was prompt and detailed as we navigated the planning process. We had a couple of guests with some tricky food allergies and the team was very accommodating with lots of substitution suggestions. Also, they were flexible about dropping off and picking up items before and after the wedding, which was one less stressor for us. The venue itself is beautiful - high-end and intimate, with a level of quality that made our day feel really special and bespoke. Also, the wait staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the evening. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience, and we're so grateful to the Juliet team for helping to make our day perfect. As a plus, now when we go out to brunch or dinner at Juliet, it has extra special meaning for us!
