All-Inclusive Celebration Around The Fire At Odeen's at Oak Hills, we simplify your wedding planning by bundling your venue space, gourmet live-fire catering, five-hour open bar, and complete event rentals into one transparent per-guest investment. Classic Wedding Experience: $166 per guest (50 guest minimum) — Includes 3 passed appetizers, plated salad and meal, dessert grazing table, 5-hour standard bar, and full event rentals (tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, and linens). Premium Wedding Experience: $214 per guest (50 guest minimum) — Includes 4 passed appetizers, Odeen's Bounty Table, plated salad and enhanced meal choices, dessert grazing table, 5-hour premium bar, and upgraded rentals. Note: Gratuity, applicable taxes, and standard service charges are already included for the services outlined in your package. Ceremony setups, custom floral tablescapes, and Great Lawn tented options are available as optional enhancements.
