About this venue
Venue 1230 is an all-inclusive wedding and event venue in Hastings, MI, right between Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing and Battle Creek. Our owner has 15+ years in the wedding industry and built Venue 1230 so couples can have one team and one point of contact for the whole day. Celebrate with a garden ceremony outdoors, then move inside to our open reception hall for up to 350 guests. Our in-house teams handle it all: chef-made catering cooked on site, full bar service, DJs, day-of coordination, bridal and groom suites, tables, chairs and linens. All-inclusive packages start with Essential ($14,500–$18,500 for 100–140 guests), our most popular Signature ($23,500–$29,000 for 130–180), and Luxe ($30,500–$42,500 for 160–250), all with gratuity included. Custom packages are available. Now booking 2027 and 2028, with plenty of fall dates open. Come see it for yourself and book a tour!

HIGHLY Recommend!
The moment we met Yon and toured their gorgeous venue, we knew we were exactly where we were meant to be. From the picturesque outdoor garden ceremony area to the elegant, classy, and modern reception hall, the whole place is incredible. My favorite was the arch outside – it’s SO stunningly beautiful! The bridal suite was dazzling and spacious, the groom’s suite looked comfortable and relaxing, with a big screen to watch the Michigan game. The actual reception area is massive, and we had more than enough room for our 250 guests. We fell in love with it right away. I had a list of 80 venues around Michigan I was looking into and it went right in the trash. We HAD TO be married here! In the year leading up to our wedding, Yon, his wonderful wife Steff, and their operations manager Andrea were so incredibly helpful and responsive. It didn’t matter if our wedding was still 9 months away, I’d send an email and have a response within a few hours. Yon and Steff are the best ying and yang and compliment each other so well. Everything was “of course we can!” One of the best parts – pricing was always transparent! There were NO surprises or extras or fees we weren’t told about. On the day of our wedding, the staff was everywhere, in the best way! They jumped in and helped with décor, they always had a solution or helpful suggestion, and they made sure we were all at ease. Even the younger members of their staff were so on the ball and ready to work! Steff checked on the bridal party frequently, asking if there was anything at all she could do to help. Truly exceptional white glove service. And the catering! We are STILL hearing our guests say it was hands down the BEST dinner at a reception they’ve ever had. Their chef is undeniably gifted – it was SO good! Lastly but most importantly – Yon and Steff are two of the most kindhearted, genuine, and wonderful people we’ve ever met. They made us feel like we weren’t just another couple, but friends they were genuinely excited to collaborate and celebrate with. They went above and beyond in everything they did, not only on the day itself, but in every single conversation and interaction leading up to it. They made us feel so special, so seen, and so important. We already miss them! From start to finish, our experience was beautiful, seamless, and truly unforgettable. Venue 1230 is everything you could dream of in a wedding venue – modern, gorgeous, and surprisingly budget-friendly for everything it has to offer. Highly highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful Affordable and Flexible Venue
We used Venue 1230 to host our wedding reception and we were so happy with how everything went. We would 10 out of 10 recommend this venue to all of our family and friends. Yon and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The size of the venue itself was one thing that helped seal the deal for us. We had kids and there was more than enough space for them to play while the adults continued to mingle and enjoy themselves. We also highly appreciated how beautifully decorated the whole venue was. We barely had to bring anything in besides our basic table decorations. We had so many guests commenting on how tastefully everything was done. Another thing that I really appreciated was how much Yon and his team cared. They were always asking where they could help or how they could better serve us. At the end of the day, they did everything in their power to make sure that we had a perfect day that we would remember forever.

We had an excellent experience with Venue 1230 from the time of booking to the actual event. They were quick to respond to emails/questions that we had and willing to give advise on how things could be better if they had an idea. All staff members were a delight to work with and very professional. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Going into the night of the event I did not feel stressed about any of the details. The staff made themselves available for any questions or ways they could help. Excellent Job Venue 1230!
